Very low sugar content; as a diabetic, I can't use high-sugar vitamins; therefore, I am very skeptical about what is written on labels. These are 1000 mg chewable vitamins. They also come in 500 mg. The taste is excellent. What I do is to mix it with Tums 1000 mg to get my calcium. It contains 1000 mg of calcium carbonate 1000 mg. I do this for 2 reasons. One is that the two together taste great, and I have osteoporosis and need calcium. I also need vitamin D, which I get in a soft gel. If you are looking for the best vitamin C, you have found it.

These are good. And they taste great. I will order more. They arrived quickly and are good quality. Good price.
