I suffer from morton's neuroma on my right foot. For those that know the pain, imagine being a dancer and having to wear heels on top of that...yes ouch. These have given me at least 2 more hours of heel wear before I can't walk in heels anymore, which is absolutely amazing. They are a bit on the thin side so they don't last as much as I'd like, hence the 4 stars, but I'm grateful I can practice dance routines a bit longer thanks to them.

I am not a heel wearer, but for my wedding I decided I wanted to put on some that were out of my league. I got these and loved them! The difference is pretty immediate. I had an alternate pair that was more comfortable beforehand, but adding these pads made the heels more bearable on the balls of my feet. I'm not going to say you'll be able to handle heels all night just because of these, and I'm not sure they'd be necessary if you wear heels all the time anyway, but I would definitely get them again.

really didn't help at all...wont send them back because I wore them but would never buy them again.plus the back wasn't as good wouldn't stick to the shoes really a waste of money

Pretty good. Haven't tested them for long, but did an all day travel through some airports and my feet were feeling fine after, Next, I'll test them on my feet for 10 hours and 10 miles and hope they work as well.

The best ever. Wish they were a little wider and came in 2 pairs. They are soft and super comfortable. You can tell a difference as soon as you start walking. I will definitely order again

did not fit well in shoes and felt uncomfortable to the bottom of foot so I choose not to use them.

My mom bought these for me to wear during a weekend trip in Vegas. I was up all night, dancing and walking around and I can tell you that it made a huge difference for me. SO comfortable, enough to cushion the ball of the foot!! Totally buying more when I need it!!
