Some of the best LED rope lights I've used. Easy to sync up with multiple strands/controllers for a single remote use. One of the controllers came DOA but tech support was able to troubleshoot and verify a faulty controller and sent me replacements at no cost (Thank you!). Highly recommend this product for personal or professional use.

Highly Recommend! 5-star business & product all the way. I purchased 50ft of ambient, LED outdoor lighting for under my deck railings. If anyone is using “smart lighting” such as Alexa or other brands this easily integrated using a smart plug so it was no different & ready to use. The ambient light glows perfect AS IS with no need to hide it or purchase tinted tubing. I’m 100% satisfied & the savings was enormous so I purchased another 50ft to complete both decks. FYI, after-sale & support is free & came in handy. The way my railings are configured I wanted a few extra clips so I sent them a message online. I was shocked when I had an email response the same day from a real live person who was friendly & helped me out.

Worth every penny. Easy to install. I have this for almost 2 years. Zero flickering. Color options are beautiful and rich.

This product would work fine for mood lighting but is NOT for lighting up a room. We were pretty disappointed as we do not have a light in our bedroom and were hoping these could work. Unfortunately they are only good for mood lighting, not actual visible clarity. There is also not really a standard warm or white light setting. It has more of a blueish or yellowish tint. This is not good as a replacement for an overhead light. If you are using it only as mood lighting and don't wish for warm/white light - it would work well. This is not easy to install and if you order a large spool will require multiple people for install, specific measuring, a ladder, and a good drill. We even looked into professionals to install it due to our busy schedule but it was too expensive. Work had been busy so we did not have time to install it for a while until we noticed it was not what we were looking for. We would have traded it out for a different product that is better as an overhead light. Unfortunately, this was past the return/exchange window for us.

The product is great, but what truly stands out is the after‑purchase service. Shine Decor really understands how to retain customers and deliver excellent support. It’s one of the main reasons they stand out in the Amazon marketplace. I’ve tried some other “cheap” products just to compare, but none of them come close to the quality of this light strip.

We used this LED "neon" rope light to line our walkway last Christmas and it looked really great. Plenty bright, looks exactly like neon tubing and the color choices work well using the wireless remote. The brightness is also adjustable. We used a super strong 3M double sided foam tape to stick the rope light to the pavement and it never came loose, even in the rain.

It was a bit dark outside my townhouse so I thought some trim lighting would be helpful. This rope light worked out great for me. The only thing I had to do was add on cable tie holders in some critical areas. The clips it came with (10) weren’t enough for my liking. The metal clips came with tiny wood screws, but I bought longer ones at my local hardware store. The clips work good, but not great. If I had a straight run with no wood that I had to go over, they’d be okay at best. The one thing the metal clips do well, and why you should use the, is they keep the rectangular lights from twisting, and keep it straight up and down. The cable tie clips I had, and used, really anchored the light strip while going over the wood under my trim as you can see in the pictures… I started at one end and installed it til I was done, and then drilled a 1 inch hold under the eve and snaked it into my storage. I then plugged it into a short extension cord, and then into a timer so it would come on automatically. It worked perfectly, and I love the way it looks when I come home… time will tell how long it will last, but being LED, I’m expecting a long life… cheers

In 18months, this product started to fail. Now, less than two years after installing in a bedroom feature, the product has failed in numerous areas. The impact is huge as the repair cost and involved to remove and reinstall is extensive. Companies like this should not be allowed to sell products in the USA. Vendors like this should be arrested. Avoid this company and product at your own peril.

Used under the patio railing. It provides excellent lighting and is weather-resistant. I wish it had more mounting brackets.

Arrived very well,packaged, and the Color (daylight white, or 6000+K) is as advertised. Seller has many different options available, but does not necessarily post in the description all that you would need to determine brightness and Color. If you have a specific need, it’s best to message them, as they are very fast to respond. Time will tell if Color and brightness remain constant over time, but for now, these are doing what we need them to do.
