10 out of 10… would certainly recommend! VELCRO STRAPS I really appreciate there being two straps to fasten this ice pack around my knee. Several other brands I’ve tried in the past only we have one, causing them to not remain in place quite as well as this does. I am literally able to walk to the kitchen and back to the couch without it fallen off. That has never happened with knee-specific ice packs I’ve used in the past— or any ice pack for that matter. The Velcro is strong, which really adds to its ability to stay in place. FUNCTIONALITY This ice pack does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It remains cold for a good amount of time, and is still malleable when frozen. Sometimes, ice packs freeze hard and cannot bend around my knee. This one is designed perfectly. SIZE I’m not sure why I thought it would be smaller than it is. I assumed it would be the same size as the medium size MagicGel ice pack I own (see photo). I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. This ice pack covers a good amount of surface area… and is cold nearly all the day around. COMFORT I am so grateful for the cloth material on the body-side of the ice pack. This prevents me from having to use towels in-between my knee and the ice packs to prevent any possibility of frostbite… and that “too cold” discomfort. MATERIAL is ice pack seems quite durable. The stitching is well laid so I have little concern that wear and tear will cause it to come apart. The material is versatile in that it can be used for a cold pack or a hot pack. OVERALL In a nutshell, this is the best knee ice pack I’ve had to date— and I’ve had several. It’s comfortable, remains in place, and stays cold. I would absolutely recommend this product to a friend!

Because of stitched compartments, gel doesn’t move throughout the pack and is stiff initially. Straps help to mold and hold in place while the gel loosens. Nice quality, effective, but it does sweat.

Works great, Velcro holds well. Cold lasts long enough to be effective. Sturdy enough to keep your leg straight while using it

I’m like magic gel product. I thought this would have removeable gel packs. It does not. For me it was too stiff put if the freezer & did not cool my hot knee cap at all. I hope they make the one again that had the 2 replaceable gel packs, like the back one,

I've got a meniscus sprain in my right knee and icing it multiple times a day is a must! I got tired of wrapping a cold pack in a kitchen towel and then having to hold my leg still for 20 minutes so it didn't fall off. Looking online I found this product with lots of promising reviews and I'm happy to report Magic Gel knee ice pack has worked perfectly! I do have very thick legs but I can still get the velcro around. The middle strap is the tightest fit but the velcro has got the strength of Zeus so its barely got to touch the fabric to stay and even if it couldn't, the top and bottom straps are generous enough in length to provide enough support and hold it in place. I can hobble around with it on without it sliding down or falling off and even bend my knee. It's a great product and would recommend it!

The best ice pack ever. My knees are always swollen, but if I do any walking at all they become extremely swollen and very painful. Swelling goes down significantly and pain is much less. The velcro straps hold ice pack on well. If you have trouble with the ice pack falling off tighten straps. This ice pack stays cold longer than others. I like this brand I have one for my hip and back and my son has one for his shoulders. I need double knee replacement and hip replacement and

Ice pack literally burned my leg, and it blistered. I now have a large mark on my leg a couple of weeks after use. I’ve been using ice packs for 40+ years and have never reacted to such an experience. I’m not sure what material or chemicals the ice pack is made out of but if you order do not put directly on skin.

Magic Gel Impacco Ghiaccio Gel Modello AGHX12 è un prodotto che ho acquistato per un problema dovuto ad eccessivo sforzo sul ginocchio e mi ha dato sollievo. Amazon avvisa che arriva dentro una confezione trasparente e che si può chiedere di riceverlo dentro un pacco che ne nasconda il contenuto. La fascia è robusta, pesante e ben rifinita, gradevole al tatto sia nella parte esterna impermeabile sia nella parte interna, morbida e da appoggiare sul sulla pelle. È piuttosto grande, si adatta relativamente bene al ginocchio quando si curva e fa qualche grinza, come è normale essendo un grosso rettangolo spesso con delle strisce per agganciarlo alla gamba gradevolmente elastiche e non troppo fastidiose dietro il ginocchio. Con la gamba tesa è comoda, piegata si sente la presenza, va allentato un pó. È da considerare l'ingombro nel freezer come fosse un maglioncino leggero da donna ripiegato. È una buona idea metterlo nel congelatore all'interno di una plastica in modo che non si sporchi e non assorba gli odori. Le istruzioni indicano di tenerlo in freezer almeno tre ore, contrariamente alle immagini su amazon dove è indicato 1,5-2 ore. La flessibilità dopo tre ore è scarsa, ovviamente, bisogna attendere alcuni minuti prima di poterla indossare e per me è troppo fredda, preferisco tenerla in freezer 2 ore, ma è soggettivo. Si forma la condensa nella parte impermeabile, come è normale. Io risolvo asciugando le gocce con un panno, ci vuole un attimo. La consiglio

This is a great contraption! When I first got it, it seemed SO heavy, and the straps SO long. I wondered if it would work. But it does! It’s simple to use, stays cool for a good length of time, makes my knee feel better, helps healing, and it doesn’t take too much room in the freezer. It is well worth the money. I’m so pleased that I tried it and highly recommend it!
