A Very Useful Tool
I originally purchased this Autolock model METU-30S portable airbrush to apply highly thinned acrylic paints for shading and tinting effects on the scenery I'm constructing for my model railroad layout. The nominal 20psi working pressure is perfectly adequate for the thinned washes of high quality (e.g., Badger, Grumbacher) hobby and artist acrylic paints I use for highlighting effects on scenery. The work involves gradually building up the coats for a delicate transition of color and tone over relatively small areas of scenery one at a time. The thinness of the acrylic washes, gentle spray pattern and the long running time of the METU-30S compressor are perfect for this work which requires me to repeatedly step back and look at the effects I am achieving while I'm spending 20-30 minutes working on several feet of scenery. I contacted Autolock to see if I could purchase a larger capacity paint cup because I was having to refill my existing paint cup during each session and well before the METU-30S compressor ran out of battery charge. Corresponding with them it was suggested I take a look at their newer, upgraded version of this portable airbrush, the METU-60S, which has a sustained working pressure in the range of 30psi. After purchasing the METU-60S and trying it out on my scenery I found it to be the perfect tool for my particular needs. Make no mistake, the METU-30S is and will remain a good and very useful tool for my model railroading hobby... particularly when it comes to applying extremely fine layers of weathering effects on locomotives and rolling stock to make them look realistic. But, when it comes to scenery work I found that the METU-60S is my hands down airbrush of choice. And after all the years of being tethered to stationary compressors, and constantly untangling air hoses and extension cords, as I was lugging my conventional airbrushes around the layout to do fine scenery work, I REALLY appreciate the freedom of using both of my Autolock portable airbrushes! Excellent customer service!.
Excellent customer service! I received this as a gift 13 months ago. I got it out to finish off a commissioned piece and the compressor wouldn’t work. I emailed the manufacturer and received an answer within 15 minutes. After answering a few questions I got another email saying they would send me a new one, free of charge! He even escalated it and I got it in three days, during the Christmas holiday even! I loved the product even before it quit on me. I must say it worked flawlessly for my purposes. I can’t remember the last time I actually had good customer service. It seems to be the trend these days to be as belligerent as possible when someone needs help with a purchased product. I will certainly remain loyal to any business that appreciates me as a customer. Please give these guys a try, it will be worth it.

Not bad at all!
Really nice little airbrush kit. Not professional level, but enough for me to paint models and miniatures with. Charge lasts over an hour for me, which is longer than I paint in a session so it's all good. Pressure is a little lower than I'd like, but thin your paint right and it's not an issue. Easier than dragging out a compressor, does the job. Not sure how long or how well it will hold up, but I'm using it probably once every two or three weeks right now.

Best value-for-money beginner airbrush you can get.
TL;DR: If you're a beginner model or miniature painter and/or considering switching to airbrush, BUY THIS. Pros: 0. CHEAPEST BEGINNER AIRBRUSH YOU CAN HAVE 1. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store 2. Almost completely silent 3. Two levels of air pressure - high and low 4. Completely portable 5. Dual-action gravity-fed airbrush 6. Nice cleaning kit with two replacement O-rings 7. Grip is not bad, resembles spray can Cons: 1. Battery is good for avg. 1.5 hours 2. Air pressure is confined to only two static levels with no precision-tuning 3. No air pressure indicator 4. Battery is not waterproof Verdict: The pros outweigh the cons easily, this is a great beginner airbrush that will cost nothing and will deliver a great experience. You can learn basics with it, color models, paint and much more, and decide on a "serious" airbrush based on that.

Surprised at how useful this airbrush is. UPDATE
I bought this airbrush so I could do minor jobs while building airplane models, like spraying the interiors. For doing everything else I was planning on going to my spray booth which is in my basement. However, I'm almost completely done with my first model using this airbrush and I'm very happy with it. Note: with a 3mm needle this airbrush is NOT going to cover a large area quickly and will probably require multiple coats of paint. My only complaint is that the tip screws in to the airbrush, which, given it's small size, is a pain to remove for cleaning. Other than that I'm loving this system. UPDATE: I was able to use this airbrush once. After that I'm constantly having trouble getting it to spray paint. Yes, I've thinned it to the consistency of "milk", cleaned it completely, spry some cleaner through it, thinner comes out fine, but as soon as I put paint into it, nothing. I wonder if acrylic model paint has pigments that are just too thick for the tiny tip.

Love It!!
I love this airbrush. For the money you couldn't ask for more. I was originally just using it for airbrush tattoos but recently started using it for makeup as well. It is so simple to use. Basically just put the liquid in and pull back the trigger. I love how easy it is to adjust on the fly. That has been so helpful when doing tattoos for the kids. I don't have to stop and make them wait while I adjust things. I just adjust as I am going. Cleaning is pretty simple as well. I use rubbing alcohol and just run it through the gun until it comes out clean. It is easy to maintain. It also charges quickly and the charge lasts long enough for me to do many tattoos. I would say I am getting about an hour of solid use on a charge which is better than most I have seen. I am very happy with my purchase.

OK for priming or basecoating, unusable for detail work.
First, the good things...The airbrush produces a fairly smooth finish, providing you thin your paint well. Also, the airbrush is fairly quiet - the noise certainly isn't enough to bother your neighbors or people in the next room. The handle and airbrush exterior have a glossy finish, and there is a 4-stage battery meter on the bottom of the handle next to the USB-c charging port. Also, you can adjust the amount of paint sprayed using the screw at the back, which controls how far the trigger can be pulled. Now, the bad...the max pressure is around 15 psi, and the pressure CANNOT be adjusted. Also, the spray pattern cannot be adjusted either. That means you can't spray really wide for painting large areas, and you also can't spray thin narrow lines for detail work. I can't believe this is advertised for nail art, as i SERIOUSLY doubt anyone using this airbrush could paint their nails better than my 4-year old can paint hers. Being made in China, I have serious doubts about how long this will continue to function, but so far it's worked fine. So while small detail work is out of the question, what this CAN do is give you a cheap, low-noise way of applying primer and simple base coats on miniatures or small objects. If that's what you're after, you'll be happy. If you try to make this do something else, you will be disappointed.

Broke after 3 months
This worked fine for a couple months and then it stopped spraying altogether. It's a shame- it did a good job while it lasted. If you don't mind throwing away $60, it's a good training airbrush.

Compressor faulty after first usage
This is crap quality, charged the compressor once and use it, on second use it doesn't charge anymore, it's less than a day usage and it spoil. Also note that Autolock warranty DON'T cover when you buy from Amazon.
