These roses are so beautiful, and yes they really are real roses preserved in some kind of enamel and dipped in gold. They have a very sturdy weight to them and up close you can see all the veins in the petals and leaves. I've gotten a dozen from my husband because I was always sad when my roses died. These will never die, they will always be gorgeous!

I wish the flower petals and leaves had more textured look to them, but the colors are vibrant, and its an open rose rather that a tight rose bulb. The only thing its missing is the rose scent.
