The media could not be loaded.  This is an amazing recliner, super easy to put together, took my husband less than 10 minutes, excellent quality, love the fabric and the color.It comes with 8 vibrating points (shoulder, back, thigh, foot) around the chair and 1 lumbar heating piece, you can select different modes and intensities to eliminate your muscle fatigue and stress.Comes with a USB port, so you can charge your phone or tablet while relaxing on it, love the cup holders so well think of everything on this recliner is an all in one stop recliner.My favorite feature is the powerlifting option on this recliner is very helpful, I can sit again in my theater to watch a movie, we have other two powerlifting recliners but in our bedroom, I need one in the theater cause sometimes I got trouble getting up cause my knees and legs hurt, but now I’m all good.Overall excellent, comfortable, one more thing this chair comes in 2 boxes, mine got to me in different days also, so just for you to know. All in all I highly recommended.

The chair arrive in two packages just as described. The instruction booklet is very basic. Everything was simple with the hookup, except wiring. The only negative was that there were two that were similar and if they had been labeled it would’ve been helpful. Otherwise no issues. My dad loves the chair! He has neuropathy and recently broke his foot and the minute he turned the massage feature on he was excited and you could tell he was relaxing. I am thrilled with this purchase!

Love it, parents are up in age. This chair has given my mom a way to enjoy TV entertainment and she can now join family and friends with conversation in our living room.

We bought two of these chairs; but the review was put on both.Shortly after we purchased this second chair, the lumbar motor on the first chair flipped out and wouldn't shut off short of physically unplugging it. A few days later, the second chair did the same thing, only with all the motors. The ups-a-daisy-um still worked flawlessly. I was in contact with Joyous HOME about the first chair when the second one spazzed out. They were very prompt to respond. (I remember that I sent the first message about the first chair on Thanksgiving Day and had a response the next morning.) We ended up putting the correspondence on both chairs in the same message strand for convenience. We were sent two new remotes, which resolved the issue nicely. Until one of them quit working. My roommate works with electrics, so the question of incorrect hookups wasn't even in play. Again, the seller was super-fast and responsive, and we are waiting on a replacement.With regards to assembly, unlike most recliners the you just pop the back onto the seat, these assemble by putting the sides on the seat. It can be tricky getting the grooves lined up.If you've read any of my reviews, you probably know I'm wheelchair-bound, and to try make my reviews pertinent to anyone differently-abled. I had long been wanting a lift-recliner, as the only places I had were my bed and my wheelchair. Dealing with a bad knee, transferring from bed to chair was getting difficult and, in truth, dangerous. My roommate was wanting a new recliner, so we purchased the first one. Comfort-wise, this chair is everything an easy chair should be. The seat is supportive yet very comfy for anyone who sits a lot driving or in a wheelchair. I'm a big girl, and don't feel the least restricted. The arms are wide and squishy, without the annoying and painful board that some chairs have. It lays back almost flat and is wonderfully supportive. I've been sleeping in mine for several weeks and it's perfect. The lift mechanism is terrific, as it lifts me without strain to my knee or back, allowing my knee to heal. Transfers both ways are a breeze. I would suggest, though, that if you have slippery flooring (we have painted concrete) put a non-skid rug large enough to go under at least the front of the chair with enough room to park your wheelchair. Four out of four housecats approve of this chair, with or without optional lap.In summary, I cautiously recommend this chair. It's super-comfy and stable. The lift mechanism works as it should. Customer service is top-notch. However, a brand-new chair shouldn't have the electrics problems these do.

Hopefully you read this will be shipped in two boxes that may not arrive at the same time. I was concerned the faux leather may not be matching or from the same lot. But because it is faux, that’s probably not an issue. It doesn’t appear to be different on ours. One box has the hardware and instructions, the back and one side. The other box has the heavy base and one side.I hope you are buying this to help a loved one get in and out easily and not for the massage. If so it works great and frankly the price is right. I hope the material holds better than the “bonded” leather lazy boy uses and has difficulty with.I could do without the cup holders. They are only level at one position. Don’t let grandma put a full glass of lemonade in them and then recline. It has a USB port which is nice since it requires two power plugs that fill the outlet. You’ll need a power strip if you want a lamp nearby.In the end, it’s ok. You aren’t spending a fortune. If I needed another one, yeah I’d buy it again.

Had a few issues with the chair being hot. Contacted the company and they responded within 24 hours. They are sending a new chair back to resolve the issue. Awesome customer service…. Update received parts . The chair is working great. Mom loves it
