I got these for a quick egg salad sandwich. They get the job done but I found that I had to manually push the egg through the last few millimeters.

This slicer has very sharp edges, very difficult to hold. Also the distance between wire is small, for slicing an egg or boiled potato in cubes we want the squares twice as big.I have returned the item

It was not heavy duty at all. Very disappointed.
When I received these the wire was broken and this item had to be returned and I did not replace.

Love it, it’s pretty sturdy device, also extremely compact.Just cut eggs for egg salad. Extremely convenient and helps to cut eggs super fast.Going to be my very favorite tiny kitchen helper
