OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Half Sheet 13 x 18 Inch

My father said: "You gotta have the right tools." I've followed that and have tried to buy the best, for me. This pan is as fine a cooking vessel of any kind or any purpose as I have. It's perfect. 1. It's beautiful. Truly. 2. Strong as . . . Plenty gauge steel with a non-stick coating that I believe is more tougher and integrated. It thrives in the oven. 3. Probably don't have to, but I butter it. No stick. 4. When you put the batter in, however unevenly, you know the pan will somehow make them finish at the same time. 5. It almost cleans itself. Nothing sticks. But wash it. By HAND! Treat it nice and it delivers.

I bought this pan specifically for making focaccia. The size is perfect and its non-stick quality is absolutely fabulous. I love the ridges in the pan which give the bottom of the bread a beautiful, crispy crust. Tonight I used it to make pierogies and they baked to perfection. The pan is well made, it’s heavy-duty and very study. I will definitely be looking to purchase more OXO bakeware.

When this first arrived, one of the pans was damaged, but customer service quickly replaced it without any hassle—which I really appreciated. The set itself is fantastic. The non-stick coating works beautifully, food slides right off, and cleanup is super easy. They feel sturdy and well-made, and they’ve already become my go-to pans for everything from cookies to roasted veggies. Love this set and definitely recommend it.

I love these pans so much that I have ordered almost every size & shape and outfitted my entire kitchen with new bakeware with this OXO Good Grips non-stick bakeware. They are truly non-stick. I never need to use spray or anything. They are hefty so they cook evenly. Love that the measurements are on every pan. That champagne color is so gorgeous! Seriously the best bakeware I've ever purchased and it's elevated my cooking and baking.

Purchased this to try my hand at a bûche de Nöel for Christmas. I used a little butter and then laid a parchment sheet into pan and added some spray oil. It’s important not to use spray oil on the pan itself as the chemicals break down the nonstick coating. The sponge turned out great and was easy to remove the cake from… I know that I used parchment but I can tell that the cake would release easily without but with a rolled cake parchment is essential. There are grooves in the pan that allowed for even baking and it was so easy to clean. Rinsed and used a mild soap with soft sponge to clean. This is a really great quality pan that will last a long time and is an excellent price point.

It seems based on the reviews that Amazon might have some counterfeits, but I have been very happy with the 2 pans I bought and would recommend them to my friends. It's very sturdy, good quality metal and easy to clean. I specifically bought it to fit my oven and it did fit. However, it is very small and really is closer to 7.5x11. I would have returned it but it is the only thing I've been able to find while restocking my pans that actually fit. That being said, I specifically bought and used it for our Christmas cookie palooza. Used it for 8 straight hours, it's truly non-stick, it didn't warp and no odors or food bits were left on the pan. My mom did use cooking spray when I told her not to, but even that scrubbed off pretty easily. I will say I only hand wash my pans, so I don't know how it will hold up in the dishwasher. These are so small though it's not a big deal to hand wash them.

I luv, luv this baking pan! It’s a dream to clean. And I’ve cooked bbq chicken , burgers and spicy fish with no spraying or foil. Plus the size is great. I was skeptical when it said not to use cooking spray or foil but it was true. I even like the color and style of it which is not as important but still cool.

Great product. Great size, great quality. Haven't had any issues with it since I got it. No scratches, burn marks, dents, or any other damage. Love it. I always love OXO stuff. I personally haven't used the "non-stick" feature because I always cook with liners. I don't know anyone who doesn't haha, but it might be nice!

Unlike some reviews, Amazon has been good to me and sent me a brand new Oxo Muffin sheet. It is simply beautiful. A masterpiece and jewellry for my kitchen. I love the quality, feel and handling experience when wearing oven mitts. Now the surface is finalized with a non-stick finish making clean up an absolute breeze, however, the non-stick does make me somewhat uncomfortable if this surface were ever to come into direct contact with my food. So I also have purchased non-bleach parchment cupcake liners to Oxo's champagne coloured muffin tray making the presentation drop-dead gorgeous. I am somewhat of a colour snob and I like things not only to taste good but also to look good. The champagne and parchment paper is a marriage made in heaven for me. I am so pleased for choosing Oxo products once again.
