I get the sardine versions from Costco. Wish they sold this version there as well. Great source of protein and Omega-3 in a small package if your counting calories. Just add some lemon to it if you want to change it up and you have a great little snack/meal. Pair this with some greens and you're good to go, very light eating and delicious. Can eat right out the can, taste great just in the EVOO. Ate this as part of my calorie deficit routine and helped with losing weight to what I should be.

These little fish are meatier and tastier than sardines by far. Fantastic on top of salads or with toast for a light meal after a late shift at work. This is a very high quality brand.

I could eat this everyday it's both yummy and healthy. But it's too expensive for my budget, however worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought multiple 12 packs of this mackerel and I’ve loved every single one. Great quality and not too fishy tasting or smelling, and the texture is perfect. I eat it a couple times a week. This is the only brand I’ll buy!

The product is fine. It's WAY too expensive though! There is No need for the can to be inserted in a cardboatd sleeve. Get rid of the fancy cardboard sleeve and lower the price! IMO pink salmon tastes better and costs A LOT less!

Love this stuff. It’s so yummy. 😋 does not taste like sardines or nasty fish it’s like mild tuna. Get the olive oil one it’s good for your heart. You drain most of the olive oil before you eat it anyway. You leave just enough to make it moist. I eat it right out of the can three or four times a week. Perfect for your omega-3’s. It’s literally the most nutritious food in the world for your body.
