4 stars is a bit generous. It was nice to have this arrive in 3 separate boxes because I needed it to fit in a small space. I am a single female and was able to put this together on my own. The item looked like the picture. Chaise lifted/closed well and the other part of the bottom sofa pulled out okay (although I just didn't feel confident that it would last with repeated use). There was a gap that I didn't like after the sofa was made more into a bed thing. Mostly, I returned this item because it was terribly uncomfortable. I read review which said it was firm and I thought I'd be okay with "firm." However, I considered it to be flat HARD and there's no place I can think of to put it where anyone would be happy to actually use it.

I'm not a tall person, but sitting in the couch, left me wanting for about 2" more depth in the couch. A single movie is about all I can handle before needing to get up for stiffness in the cushions.

It is great for a one bedroom apartment it was easy assembly and it looks well storage space is very convenient as well

Good couch for the price however if you want comfort this ain’t it. The seats are super hard and have no cushion at all.

It’s kinda firm but really easy to put together and good for the price. Not a very big couch but we got it for the kids living room and it’s perfect.

Firm cushions. Good to sleep on for a couple nights but not long term. Perfect for small apartment.

I like the storage and pull-out bed feature, but the seating is not very deep and the couch is VERY firm.

Just got this about a month ago. Arrived in three large boxes on the side of the road by my apartment building. Could not life one box on own. All okay. Cool new pallet in my truck now. But haven’t really used the couch very much and it’s already tearing at seems.

The side parts are not connected to the main part, because. fasteners are incorrectly positioned. As a result, the sofa was not connected by fasteners, and the sideback is hanging in the air (the legs do not reach the floor)The material is good, the sofa is comfortable

Mis à part la livraison avancée par rapport à celle attendue et les cartons livrés en plusieurs jours, le canapé est facile à monter (être deux est quand même mieux surtout pour emboîter les différentes parties du canapé entre elles). Il est confortable et très facile à déplier. Bon rapport qualité/prix.le matelas n'est pas trop dur donc dormir dessus n'est pas impactant.J'en suis très satisfaite et le recommande sans problème.

j'ai de la visite demain et j'ai besoin du divan lit si je ne le recois pas aujourd'hui je vais devoir l'annuler.
