Good buy
The square one has a better balance than the circular one does, and the circular one has a more wide and shallow dish than the square one does, but they're both exceptional products. I've got 5 uses out of each one and expect many more. 8oz harderner mixed with 8oz resin will fill both with resin left over, so I'd say each one is approx. 6oz. Decent amount of room to fit small trinkets and the sides hold mica powder well if you like a brush-on effect.EDIT: after 4 casts in the square one and 3 in the circular, I've decided that I'm not a huge fan of the circular one. The dish is too shallow and ash blows out of it fairly easy. The square one is still solid, there is a slight buldge on the side where the silicone is a little thinner than other sides, it's not super noticable but when you handle it and look at it from different angles you can see it slightly. I'll just have to create a support for it from here on out. They've still remained flexible after multiple unmoldings (I don't know the correct terminology). And they're still easy to clean and I recommend buying for the square one over the circular, but everyone has their own preferences.

Still Undecided
The media could not be loaded. I’m new to resin and I still don’t know if I like these ashtray molds or not. I would actually rate these 3.75 stars. The package arrived on time and I like the zipped bag the ashtrays came in.I’ve made 2 of each ashtray as test projects to see if I want to add to my small business. I’m still undecided. After the first 2 projects went in the trash I was sure I wasn’t ready for ashtrays. After watching more YouTube videos I decided to give the circle one another try. This time I noticed that the circle mold was a little warped/not level. Don’t really know the correct term. LOL. I still proceeded. It took a little more focusing but I’m happy the way the ashtray came out. I showed a couple people the ashtray and nobody noticed the “flaws”. I used the ashtray and noticed ashes flying everywhere. Maybe it’s the way the ashtray is made. Seems deeper/shallow than my store bought circular ashtray. In my opinion, the square mold is a little easier to work with. The only thing I don’t like about the square mold is it only has one placement holder. Or whatever it’s called. These ashtray molds are okay. In my opinion they are fairly easy to remove. Seems a little harder to clean versus other molds I’ve purchased. For the price, I would recommend!
