It doesn't taste good but if you take this pill you'll look less malnourished I think.

This is my second day trying just 1 capsule and so far it works fairly well. I have sleep apnea and lots of fatigue and low energy with poor sleep quality. For me, it worked quicker than I thought. I didn't need my daily nap. It does smell and taste bad but have a tasty drink handy and take it fast. Lol.

I don't take it everyday. I only do it about once a week. I noticed when you take it the first time you will have really yellow pee. That is totally normal. Then once you take it a few times the yellow pee won't last as long after you take it. I think that is because your body is more ready to handle it and is used to it so it absorbs more of it. Either way you cannot go wrong here. So many benefits from these vitamins. I feel more alert since I have started taking this once a week. I don't care what it smells like but if you do then it just smells like a vitamin. I didn't notice any sluggish feeling after taking it like I have felt with other vitamins. From what I can tell it settles well in my stomach and does it's thing without much shock to your system or having any issues like that. I was worried a bit at first because it is big but after taking it I am convinced it is helping me. I wish I would have done this a long time ago.

This product supports my vitamin B needs as tracked in blood testing.Know that this product has a very strong medicinal odor that fills an entire room when supplement is not in the container it is shipped in. When stored in a vitamin tray, the tray, the drawer and the room all smelled like the product.
