I bought this for my son who is a police officer and he wanted a decent strong beam torch for night shifts. Battery life is brilliant and the range is excellent. He’s been very impressed with it.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice torch but if you need a spare battery, forget this one any buy something else.It uses a modified 21700 battery that is specific to Thrunite and for some reason, they won't supply replacements in the UK or Europe. They can be purchased in the USA but due to shipping regulations, they can't be shipped internationally.So, if/when the battery fails,(and batteries are consumable items that don't last forever) you will have to discard the whole thing and purchase another torch.

Blown away by this little torch. I use it for walking the dog late at night. The beam is powerful and the throw is long. The tactical mode is by far the brightest torch I've ever used.

Bought in February 2022. In December 2022, with light use (only use it every now and then to go out to empty the bins on my drive) the back button is either constantly on or constantly off. Avoid if you can.

Torch suddenly failed with less than 1 years use. Will not recharge and replacement 21700 Li batteries are not available for purchase from Amazon for Uk residents. Received no response from Thrunite. Great torch but would research replacement batteries before purchasing!Update: Received response from Thrunite, and was very satisfied with the service I received. Still using the torch.
