High Quality Magnesium That Works
This magnesium is excellent quality and very gentle on the stomach—no upset like other forms I’ve tried. I sleep more soundly and feel less muscle tension since taking it daily. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that it’s pure with no unnecessary fillers. Great value for the potency!

Excellent product
I take 3 daily at night before bed. Helps with sleep and muscles cramps. Magnesium Glycinate is the best form of Magnesium to use.

Good Product, Just Not for Me
This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.

Best supplement ever for sleep.
As far as any supplement taken for sleep, this is the only one I found that has any effect. Well, there was an over-priced multi-supplement for sleep that worked, but it contains the same magnesium so I'll just buy this instead. I've always had a hard time falling asleep, whenever I feel myself start to drift off I'll panic and wake myself up. I'd lay in bed for hours until I finally passed out due to sheer exhaustion. It goes back to sleep paralysis I had when younger that made me paranoid about falling asleep. Ever since taking this I have no panic attacks, honestly the fears don't even cross my mind anymore. I usually drift off within 10-15 minutes of getting in bed. This is one supplement I'll be taking for the rest of my life.
