I had the early signs of plantar fascitis and not wanting to endure the pain again I searched for a good foot roller with a fast delivery as my last roller went missing. I walk a lot and didn't want the persistent pain.I found this excellent roller slightly longer than the other models in the range.Delivery was exactly as stated and bang on time. I unpacked the roller and was soon using it for around 15 minutes whilst watching the tennis. The nodules are comfortable for me to use barefoot but perhaps if feet are sensitive would definitely recommend using socks at the beginning. After I have dealt with the plantar fasciitis I intend to continue using the roller on a daily basis.Yes I definitely recommend this roller.

I work on the land all day and find my feet can ache really bad by the end of the day. One of the first things I do is use this when I get home and it's really satisfying.You can apply quite a bit of pressure on the roller to help alleviate the tension. My osteopath recommended this technique to help with plantar fasciitis and I find it makes a difference combined with ice pack treatment.
