Comes with a tiny cotton ball to protect whoever’s getting pierced from getting poked but I use my own stuff to prevent that. These are great needles, I’m no professional but i’ve done over 25 piercings now and this box comes with ample different size gauge needles making it useful for different ear piercings, nipples, nose, and lips. The jewelry i use normally easily fits through the opening of the needle making it easier to insert the jewelry once pierced. I’ve never had any complications during of after piercing anyone with these needles

I used a size 18 on my cartilage. I'll update as time passes, but so far I'm pleased. The needle is very sharp and my jewelry fit well inside the needle. The act of piercing thick cartilage hurt minimally as the needle was very sharp. If you are planning to pierce yourself or someone else, be sure to fit your jewelry into the non-pointed end and then pierce. That way you can pull the needle all the way through without struggling to put the jewelry in the hole. Also be careful because the end is very sharp and I scratched my conch on accident by simply brushing it across the skin.

If you choose order these, I suggest getting the multi-pack so that you’ll definitely have a needle that fits your desired jewelry. I was going to order 16G 10 pack, and I’m glad I chose the multi-pack because the 16 gauge needle is thinner than the 16g labret I ordered for a piercing stud. Had to use the needle labeled as 12G so that my 16G stud would slide into it. Therefore, I think the sizing may be off by about one gauge. However, the needles are still very sharp, pierce easily, and serve the advertised purpose.

Needles are sterile and very sharp. Piercing my ears were painless compared to doing it with a sewing needle lol. Also comes with a little styrofoam ball to put on the needle when it goes through, which wasn't expected but helpful.

I wasn’t going to get these, but i ended up buying them to pierce my nose. They are extremely sharp and pierced so smoothly it was insane !! I did have to use a 16g instead of a 20g needle to pierce my nose though because the 20g needle couldn’t fit the jewelry inside, causing it to be hard to put the jewelry in. Had no problems using the 16g though ! absolutely love it !!

they 👏get👏the👏job👏done👏 the needles were sharp and pointed, and slide very easily through (as long as you’re doing it right.) i pierced 4 sets of doubles, 2 belly buttons, and 3 nose rings with these and they came out beautifully.
