I love this product, I sleep so good.

So far so good. I feel more relaxed and sleeping deep.

This is tricky but if you have a negative reaction to the medication gabapentin you may also have a reaction to this. I tried this supplement as a natural form of gabapentin since the medication didn’t do well for me. But the supplement reacted the same. I’m sure this is fine for ppl otherwise. The bottle was nice and pills seem of consistent size and variety. Easy to take. Expensive and hard to tell the quality of supplements in general.

This product does exactly what you need it to do. My suggestion is adding it to your list.

Intake 2 of these every night before bed and they help me sleep when not much has worked this does!!!

I’ve found one capsule at bedtime helps calm my restless legs throughout the night.

I take one before bed everynight i use most of the vimergy line and have never had a problem always great quality.. if im feeling a bit anxious i will take one of these and one of the vimergy magnesium glycinate about an hour before bed and it really helps relax. Anytime i have to stay out of town i always bring them with me
