This supplement has a nice taste and contains the vitamins and minerals plus other necessary ingredients that I find helpful to maintain a balanced supplement addition to my diet. Absorbtion is important and that is the reason that I chose a liquid versus a pill, and it is easier to take.

This has been the only way I can take vitamins without feeling nauseous.

I have searched for an expiration date, but nothing listed. The only date I found was....it showed it was made a year ago. I hope its not expired. Please start adding an expiration date.

I like that it contains 211 ingredients and it really helped my husband when he went thru chemo.
