Through the years we have purchased at least a dozen Bunn coffee makers, burners, etc. This one has an interesting arrangement for the burners and it can handle three carafes at a time. Very good design!

The machine looks nice. It's very modern and works smoothly. Making great coffee and customers like it.

purchased this machine on 3.29.23. Warranty for parts is 2 years and for board is 3 years. We know it is the board but for them to send a tech to diagnose is $108.00 per hour for travel and $108.00 for labor. The closest tech is 33 minutes away, so we already spending $108.00 just to get the tech here. this commercial machine was $864.00 and only lasted 14 months. This is a rip off. BUNN use to have quality machines and parts. now it seems it is all about the $$$. :(

We purchased this brewer for our teacher's lounge. It had been almost a full year since we'd had a Bunn coffee maker. Initially, we were renting one (with coffee, filters, etc.) from a beverage company to the tune of about $400.00 a month. Our principal decided that was crazy, and out the door it went. In came a plain old Mr. Coffee, and if you weren't first to the pot in the morning, you were basically out of luck. It took forever to brew a pot, and with only one pot available, well, it just didn't do the job. So, we decided to purchase one. This is an awesome machine. It hooks directly to the water, so you always have hot water - a must for our tea and hot chocolate drinkers. The display tells you how long it will take to brew a pot (around 3 minutes - plenty of time to brew and get a cup during a 5 minute passing period), and with Subscribe and Save, we will never run out of filters, sugar, creamer, or stir sicks. Now we have happy caffeinated teachers! The seller shipped quickly and the packaging was great! Happy teachers make for happy kids...mostly...until testing...

coffee maker was great, looks nice and works great. It should have came with the 3 12-Cup glass coffee decanters.

Careful. This model has no power switch. So if you are closed, it will stay heated. Total waste of electricity.

It is big, but that is what I needed. It was easy to set up and works great.

Coffee maker came horribly packaged with damage to the bottom. No line hook ups or an owner’s manual. Also doesn’t come with pots. For the price I paid it shoulda came with all of the above.
