Can this be used as a regular picture frame?

There isn’t a place to slide a picture into the frame and there’s no glass. If you used magnets on the back of the frame you could put it over a picture.

Is this product actually 8 x 10?

Yes, the frame measures 10.2 in x 8.5 in.

This can't be an actual replica, that yellow is way too bright isn't it??

It’s the actual design in style and size. The yellow is not as bright as that picture but still more yellow than gold. It’s just a plastic frame. But looks good on my daughters door!!!
