Better thanExpected.
I took a chance on buying this chair as a "used/like new" item. When I opened the box it looked as if it were brand new. There are two things however that keep me from giving it a 5 star rating. The first is that it was difficult attaching one of the arms to the chair because the holes didn't line up perfectly but with my wife's help we were finally able to get it attached. The second is that when you recline you have to hold your position with your feet and legs because it automatically goes back into the upright position. I wish there were a setting that would hold it in place but I can live with it because I paid under half of the normal sale price for this chair. It forces you howevere, to sit strait up which is better for my back.

Looks good; firm/supportive cushions but CREAKS and maybe isn't for anyone of GIRTH.
After testing this chair several times at a local Financial Consultant's office (he has 12 of them), I decided to buy one for myself. While it shipped quickly, was easy to assemble and looks good, one week into use and the problems started. Wobbly wheel(s). Creaking...loud creaking like it was going to fall apart. Then after two weeks the leather (which is thin) started to strip off along the front edge where the underside of your leg makes contact. On the upside, the cushions are firm and it feels solid, though after a few weeks the bottom cushion is looking very worn and flat. I cannot tolerate a creaky chair (I attempted to re-tighten all screws but they weren't loose), or one that wobbles when I roll it on a hardwood floor. Not knowing how long the warranty is, I returned it to Amazon (Free return shipping, thankfully). I am a 6' male about 225# for reference (the chair is rated for up to 250#). Maybe a short and skinny feller would have better luck? My friend that has a dozen of these has had no problems - but uses them only occasionally for meetings; I use mine for 3-6 hours daily.
