I got this for my 6 year old son and I think it is pretty cool. It has nice features and good sound quality and it is very nicely built. What the manual doesn't say: you need to get a 2g SIM card from speed talk mobile and you have to open the back of the watch (can be easily opened) and insert the Sim and register it online. It works well and the voice quality is pretty good. You can get a $5 prepaid card also from Amazon and it is 2 cents /minute. Not a bad deal for a kids watch. We had this now only for 3 days and so far it's been great.

This smart watch is exactly what I was looking for. Easy for my daughter to use but with enough features that she enjoys wearing it. The perfect way to give my 9 year old a certain level of freedom yet still be secure in knowing where she is at all times. I like that I can specifically control who she can make contact with. All the benefits of giving her a cell phone without any of the risks.Watch is lightweight and seems very durable. It took me only a few minutes to get is setup and ready for my daughter to wear. If I can get her to remember to charge the watch we’ll certainly have a winner.

Upon receiving this item, I was very pleased with it. It seemed durable and the battery lasted pretty well. However in no time it started giving problems. It won't turn on at times, the battery dwindled and in about 3- 4 months it stopped working.Bought it for my son, he wore it mostly to school, so I don't know if it was mistreated out of my presence. I was never able to test the calling feature so... no review there.Would I buy again? NOWould I recommend? Maybe, depends on your child and how it will be used.

I bought for my son. He only used it for little while and watch is not charging now. Not sure what is the problem. Not worth spending money.

This watch is pretty fantastic for my 3 and 5 year old nieces. They absolutely loved playing music, using the flashlight feature, and getting to wear a fancy watch. The only downside is that the SOS feature does call 911 & we haven’t found a way to disable this feature. It’s a great feature for an older kid who knows how to use it, but unfortunate when your 3 year old gets 911 on the phone! Overall SUCH a cool smart watch for an awesome price!

After activating the Sim card, we made 5 calls and then the phone did not work. When we called the Sim card provider they were awful and only responded via chat the phone number rings, rings, rings and no one answers.They told me that Verizon went to 5G service so not supporting any 2G or other than 5G. That's crazy....not everyone will have 5G and things should work. The Sim Card "Speaktalk GSM Mobile" is TERRIBLE.Now if I don't get support from the manufacturer of this device, I will send back for a refund. It really is a shame that they say the watch has so many features and the main feature (SOS and phone calls) is complicated and does not work!!!!!!
