POOLIFE Turbo Swimming Pool Shock (1 Pound Bag)

The product was delivered as promised. It is nice in today's market exchanges when both parties keep their word. I will not hesitate to use this company again. As a matter of fact, I have put this company on my favorite list. Thank you

Expensive but damn good

I'm sure it's still good, but the package had spilled a lot of its contents inside the box it was delivered in. Strong smell of chlorine. I plan to repackage it

I only use Poolife Turbo Shock and wouldn't use anything else. No need to pre-mix with water. Just snip a corner and spread into the deep end of the pool. I use 2 one-pound bags every two weeks at night so the sun doesn't absorb the shock. Ony downside is you shouldn't swim for 8 hours to ensure Turbo Shock is completely dissolved. That's another benefit of shocking at night.

I have been using this product since it was introduced many years ago. It works perfectly as advertised. If the last reviewers pool guy put 24 pounds of this in his pool without result,there can only be two reasons. One, he was ripped off by the pool guy who may have made a claim of action without actually doing anything and pocketed the Poollife or the pump on the pool was not turned on. That much chlorine kills algae. It doesn't clean the leaves off the bottom and it doesn't mean there is not more to be done. It does however, increase the needed level of chlorine.

billed for an entire box of 12, pool guy put in all twelve in a 33,000 gallon pool. There was very little improvement over 3-4 days, the algae was not killed and day 5 pool reverted back to a more severe algae bloom. By contrast I used another product that worked well, that purchased from Costco.
