This is the best lemon cake in a box! It’s very easy to make and requires just a few ingredients, but the taste is delicious and it’s very moist. Very easy to make & only takes 30 minutes to cook so great for a last minute dessert. The glazed packet is included. I added blueberries & it was delicious & gone in less than 30 minutes! Great value to get as multiple boxes in the order because this is a family favorite!

Easy, Quick, Bargain-Priced and Delicious Lemon Pound Cake
Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Pound Cake is totally delicious, a light dessert you can serve plain, with the included glaze or dressed up. We like it with either the glaze, powdered sugar or whipped cream. One secret I can share? Even more wonderful with berries, such as strawberries, blackberries or blueberries. The addition of 10 Tablespoons of your own melted butter creates a supermoist pound cake with outstanding flavor and just the right texture. Not too sweet, it is wonderful for any time of day, bake sales or sharing with lucky co-workers and friends. The price point is excellent and prep very easy as well. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Delightful Flavor
A delightful lemon flavor that isn't artificial tasting. I ordered these cake mixes to make as a Christmas surprise for each of our food bank clients. They loved the flavor too, and it was an easy fix. I could make a half dozen in an afternoon and still have time to do other things.

Delicious, but check expiration date
My whole family really enjoys this lemon pound cake mix, so we decided to buy in bulk to always have on hand and to give out to friends and family who enjoy it. Incredibly easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. Unfortunately, after buying several cases of the box mix, I realized they will all expire after just a couple months (for reference, what you would normally find in the store expires in the next couple of years). For now I’ll just have to use what I can and hope the flavor/texture doesn’t change due to age of the mix, but it’s pretty disappointing.
