I love this product. It helped relieve my lower back pain and allowed me to keep working out at the gym while recovering from an injury. Now that I’m feeling better, I still use it during leg workouts and cardio. It provides great support and comfort.

My brother has back pains and lately they have been flaring up, maybe because of the cold weather. My mom and I purchased this belt for him and helps him a lot. Not completely but it helps him a lot. It also comes with an expendable if the one with it is not large enough.

Was on the smallish side. Thought it fit OK based on size and weight it would’ve returned it. Gained a few pounds between uses and it barely closed (too late to exchange for larger size). The Velcro touches each other at the ends but it “un-velcros” fairly easily when bending. If you have any doubt buy the larger size. Will likely need to use again to move furniture and other heavy items next year. Will definitely have to keep in good shape so it fits. Work on my core muscles first to slim the waist. Cardio, fat burning range, other muscle groups will have to take a back seat to core. Wise could exchange for larger size. Understand the return policy time limit. This was a one and done use, for a move. Don’t want money back. It’s a high quality product. Better than any other ones tried on. Even if could exchange for larger size don’t know how to do it. Wish there was easy way to contact company about it and see if they’d be open minded to it. I don’t blame Amazon. Sometimes it takes longer than the return window to know if a product “is a good fit” (literally here). So Amazon’s policy makes sense. But company might be open minded to a happier customer for their product. Would definitely give more stars if it was the right size and company was open minded about it. Happy customer is best customer.

FINALLY! I tried several girdles/waist trainers/slimmers/etc and none of them were strong enough to hold in my tummy. Although this product is mainly a back brace, it works perfectly at holding in my gut and slimming my profile. As an added bonus it also does provide good back support. It basically has 2 levels of tightening. The 1st is where the left side of the brace lies against your stomach. Then the right side folds on top of that and sticks to velcro. Then it has the extra straps you see in the pictures, that allow you to really cinch this thing nice and tight. It's comfortable to wear. Just enough firmness to support but enough flex so I can move naturally instead of looking like a robot when i walk. Its also a lot more breathable than the other waist slimmers that intentionally make you sweat. And I wore a very light tshirt over it and its very discreet. Cant tell im wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this thing.
