The kit worked brilliantly, but I can’t figure out what the bulb syringe is for or how to fill or use it. Any ideas?

The bulb can be used for a small amount of syringing. To fill it, squeeze it tight and lower it into a basin of warm water. Once underwater release it slowly keeping the spout under water. Then it is ready to use.

My user manual did not have any pictures/information on what each piece of equipment is called and how to assemble. Ie no writing/print/diagrams.

I took the end that was on the spray part of the bottle of and screwed on the soft tip tube in its place as I felt it would reach the part of the ear I needed it to
