Great blender. Works well with everything I’ve put in it. Crushes cashews with ease. Glass jar is easy to clean. I use it often and love it.

This blender has a smoothie function that makes excellent smoothies. It also does a good job at crushing ice. There are two things about this blender that could be better. The first is how to turn on the blender and select a function or speed. There are no actual buttons, only icons on a touchscreen. After many tries, I discovered that you have to place your full finger pad on the icon to select it. Using only your fingertip will not work. Also, you need to press the icon briefly. The blender will not work if you keep your finger on the icon. To make it more confusing, you need to first select the power icon to put it into standby mode and then select a function. If you do not select a function in a certain amount of time, the blender times out of standby mode and you need to press the power button again. The second thing that could be better is the assembly and disassembly of the bottom section of the blender where the blade is. You need to use your finger to place and remove the gasket at the bottom of the blade while the back of your finger is very close to the sharp blades.

We use for smoothies about 99% of the time. No problems and the motor is strong. Nice touch is the glass container, not plastic.

While the unit works as a basic blender, it has some drawbacks. The touch buttons are not easy to use as they are not very responsive to the touch. It take a few tries to engage any of the blending modes, then it takes a few tries to stop the motor. I found out that food can get inside the screw-on base, so to clean it you have to take the jar/container apart. You'd need to be careful as the blades are very sharp.

I got this last year when the 2nd Kenwood glass goblet failed spectacularly. It is not cheap, but it is a much better machine. I like how it can totally come to pieces so easily, makes it very easy to clean.No regrets.

I wanted to love this product: it's beautiful, well designed. Good materials, good grip and size. Unfortunately it is not able to blend a banana with milk. It keeps stopping after 1 second or less. It's ridiculous. It is only able to blend milk with some powder (whey, Milo,...) but I can do it shaking manually. So what is the point on having a beautiful product if it's USELESS!!! I hate the fact that everyday I need to struggle with this product when I am preparing an Acai shake for my son. Every single day, it never worked as intended.

It stopped working after 20 days I bought it and I have no way to return it, a total waste of money.

I have 2 of them. nether one of them charge right .Does not a charge properly. I used them for making smoothies could not get through making 1 smoothie.

Lo adquirí por la marca. Pero nunca funcionó. Ahora lo utilizo para poner flores. Escribo esto porque tuve que adquirir otro producto de las mismas características y resultó mucho mejor. Hice dos gastos. No lo recomiendo.
