Works very well. Make sure you're using a proper HDMI tv/monitor
I was a bit concerned at first because there were some mentions of artifacting in other reviews. So here is my assessment having "rolled the dice".First, make sure you are using a proper HDMI monitor. (At first I tried using an older DVI-only monitor and got significant disruption to the signal. I was using an HDMI-to-DVI adapter, but that is a very hacky thing to do since they are different protocols.)When I tried it on a TV and/or monitor with proper HDMI input, it worked "very well". I've tested it out on a RPG game running on a workstation on the other side of the house (using CAT5 cables of I'm guessing ~50ft) to see how it handles demanding graphics, and it has very light artifacting. Specifically, if I look at the monitor less than 1ft away, I can see a small number of pixels flickering randomly for a small fraction of a second. But sitting 2ft away or more, and I can't even see them.I took an image of my monitor and at one moment in time, and I think I can spot 5 pixels being disrupted, which you can see in the red boxes I added. Again, they flicker on/off so fast, and so randomly, that you don't notice unless you're looking for it less than 1ft away. I expect that if I used CAT6+ cables, then there would be even less artifacting. As someone who doesn't intend to use the workstation for entertainment, this artifacting is perfectly acceptable -- my workstation is big and noisy, and I am glad to be able to keep it from from where I work. And even if I were to use it for gaming/entertainment, I would not personally be dissatisfied.I also discerned absolutely no time lag with the USB connections. So overall I am very pleased with this product.

Works well
This USB hdmi extender works great so far. Audio is great. Video quality is excellent. I was very impressed with that. Connectivity was a breeze, I had no issues at all. Very good price point. My husband and I are happy with this purchase. I would recommend this product to others.

So far so good.
I was a little apprehensive about this thing given the price compared to others I've used with client environments, but so far it's been working well. Nice thing is it supports wireless keyboard and mouse which was a pleasant surprise since some people said it wouldn't.

So happy to have this.
I have small "Smurf" tubes from different location in my house. Being able to run all this off a network cables is priceless. I was having some video trouble but another commentor explained that you have to be using the right HDMI cable etc. I'm using mine for a location in a closet for my video recorder. Running a 50' HDMI cable in a small "Smurf" tube was extraneous to say the least. Though I kept the HDMI can ran, I ran a new flat CAT6 cable and connected up nicely. My only thing I could find negatively would be that there are no mounting brackets so I can screw them to the wall to secure them nicely.

Fantastic Device
It works great with a 50ft Cat6 cable with a 24-inch touch screen monitor.

Just don’t work for USB
For HDMI, this is great. Plug them in and they work. I, however, am trying to use them for a 17” monitor with USB touchscreen built in, and they do not work right for the USB connection. With the touchscreen plugged directly into the PC it works great. My cat6 cable run is approximately 60’ long. When I plug this extender kit into the pc, windows detects the touchscreen. As soon as you touch the touchscreen, windows shows it instantly disconnected. As soon as you take your finger off the screen, windows sees it again. So you can’t actually use the touchscreen.I ordered a replacement of this hdmi/usb extender kit from Amazon and got the exact same results when I plugged them in.I then ordered another brand, plugged that brand in, and they worked instantly and flawlessly. So the bottom line is that the product in this listing does not work for USB, at least in my case. Sending them back!

Works as Advertised (but)
This item worked as advertised, however, on the receiving end I have a 4 node TESmart KVM Switch. the HDMI part of the output works to the KVM switch, but the USB does not seem to get picked up. Not sure if its the extender of the switchOther than this it works fine

works great!!
I was unsure if this would really work well, but I was surprised! I had to have 2 large monitors and mouse locations for a CCTV system. I used a HDMI splitter at the NVR, then connected 2 of these extenders, running cat5 to each monitor location. I connected the TV's to the receiving end and attached a wireless mouse to each, and it all worked great.
