Is 9.84x9.84 the size of the mirror only? If not what's the total size? Thanks

I believe it’s the total size. The mirror itself is rather small. I got silver and am happy w these. I use them to pull some light into a dark antique China cabinet. Makes it less staid and highlights the dishes I display.

How do i contact the seller, it only came with 1 mirror and it is broke?
