EXCELLENT EXERCISE BOX FOR SQUAT JUMPS!!!
This is an excellent box for squat jumps and working out! It is a must have for your home gym, especially if you're into functional fitness, bodyweight exercises, etc. I’ll try to provide you info about the box here:WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR YOU? I got the 30x24x20 box and love it. I previously did squat jumps on our stair case until my wife told me to knock it off (she thought I was damaging the structural integrity or something like that). So I got a tape measure and measured the height of the stairs I usually jump on and decided on the appropriate box to order. The 30” jumps are pretty high but are still doable. I usually stick with the 24” jumps for most of my workouts. If you have another family member who might be shorter, it might be advisable to get the next smaller size box for more a wider range of users. Maybe the box that has the max height of 24" (that’s the size I should have gotten in hindsight). Either option would probably be fine though. I still love my 30x24x20 box. (I’m 5’11” and 185# for reference.)DURABILITYThis box seems super sturdy! I’ve already used it several times and it seems really solid. I don’t have any concerns whatsoever with its quality or construction. I've read some reviews where folks decided to use wood glue to help make it sturdier. This is completely unnecessary. The box is designed really well and even has a support piece inside the box.EASE TO BUILDThis was super easy to put together! I HATE building things, construction, or even routine handyman tasks around the house. This box was so easy, it didn’t bother me at all. It took less than a half an hour to fully assemble and was really simple. The directions were really simplified which helped. To make life easier, please use a power drill. You will save a ton of time and hand/wrist strain. The appropriate drill bit is included with the box as is all of the screws. Just don’t overtighten the screws so you don’t crack any of the wood. I did take out my rubber mallet and only barely used it. If you don’t have one, however, it’s okay as it’s not really needed. The power drill isn’t needed either but you’ll be really glad you used it.SAFETYI already spoke about the durability of construction. This box is also really stable, even using the 30” height (which means the base is narrower). No issues or concerns whatsoever with regards to stability or the box rocking if you don’t land perfectly in the middle. Just a note: Try not to be persuaded to paint the box or otherwise resurface it somehow because that could cause it to be more slippery when you land on it.MISCELLANEOUSEach slab of wood has a rounded edge side and a sharp side. Make sure you have the rounded edges on the outside. This is also explained in the directions too. My components came in perfect condition. No cracks in the wood, and all the hardware was included. I attached five photos to this review to help you evaluate the box and the easy directions. When putting it away after use, stand it up on the highest setting (30” in my case). It will take up less surface area in your room.I hope this review has helped you in some way with evaluating this product. I love it and hope you will too!

Well Made
The media could not be loaded. If you’re like me and want a solid box for photography posing, and maybe some plyo, then this is what you want.Solidly made and easy to put together (just if you use a screw gun, be careful not to strip a screw, or in my case, sheer one off inside). The edges are rounded on both sides so you can build it with the text in the outside or hide it if you’d like. All of the surfaces are moderately smooth so it doesn’t feel like they’ll catch on any materials. There also doesn’t appear to be any pinch points.I like how solid this is as well as fairly lightweight. The internal support definitely gives me the peace of mind to know that it will hold up, as I’m currently 350lbs and I was able to stand on the long edge with no creaking or cracking. The photo in my review is showing it with 2 full size apple boxes along with a 1/4 apple box.

I recommend buying this against the more expensive options!
Based on price and reviews this is the plyobox I chose. My husband had his reservations and wanted to get something more than double the price but I thought I'd give it a chance, and I'm happy I did! Assembly was easy with a drill, the edges are all very smooth, and it's incredibly sturdy. I was worried that if I misplaced my footing and ended up on an edge that it might tip over but after a few test runs it's actually better than I thought it would be! (Not even a wiggle or slight tipping if you jump on the edge with one foot). My only concern is if enough sweat drips on it it might become slippery since the wood is very sanded and smooth. We are considering adding some grip paint. Overall I'm really happy with it and the price was reasonable for the quality of the wood and craftsmanship. I also love that is has three different sizes based on the way you flip it and it's plenty wide to not worry about your feet on the edges at shoulder width. If you have reservations about it's durability I'm here to tell you that I don't see it breaking any time soon!

Cheap wood, cheap manufacture, get your drill bits out, otherwise... it's honestly OK.
So I order this for my wife as a gift, she picked it out and I wrote the check. That was the extent of my pre-purchase research. It goes together easy enough, but I would suggest a wood or rubber mallet of you have weak arms or tender hands. The tolerances are tight so you'll need to tap most of the pieces into place. In retrospect, I should have used good wood glue on all the seems, that would give it a VERY study final outcome. However, nearly ALL the screws spin in the holes no matter HOW low I set the drill, so I started finishing them by hand. Cheap plywood.Speaking of holes... It was missing four. I had to get a drill bit out and measure the others for depth, then make my own on the bottom board. This was a manufacturing defect. I inspected before assembly and they just weren't there.Negatives aside, I weigh 300lbs, and the internal brace seems to do the job. I didn't JUMP onto this thing (wife will but is 120lbs) but I could stop on and off the 16" side and it seemed solid enough for her to safely use. I will monitor the screws for any backing out though.Another thing I like is the wood is basically unfinished, so if you have a taste for a plain stain, you can color the wood. I would AVOID anything that leaves a urethane coating or oil base though, don't want it slippery. I'm not saying you SHOULD stain it, but I think that you COULD stain it if you wanted. That way you could hide it as an end table ot something when not in use as a steppy on thingy. All in all, l I will give a reluctant endorsement of this thing. There were extra screws which I like. There weren't enough holes which I didnt like. the end product seems study enough for the lady whos going to use it, to safely use it. Finally the finish is smooth to the touch and the corners are rounded. Overall 3 .5 out of 5, but I cannot award 1/2 points. :)

Simple assembly, well-made, very useful kit!
The box assembled quickly and without a hitch. Edges are smoothly rounded off (no splinters!). Take care if you're using a cordless drill to not over tighten the screws - just make them snug without stripping them in the wood. I set my DeWalt drill clutch at 6 initially and then finished the job at 7 (out of 11).

Buen producto 👍🏼
Cajón bastante sólido hasta el momento. Ensamblaje sencillo (ve con precaución sin apretar totalmente los tornillos hasta el final).

Solid Well Made Plyo Box
Solid plyo box. Really easy to put together, came with a bunch of extra screws which was nice. All the pieces fit together snug and the pre rounded edges are a good touch that my shins will appreciate. All sides are made with a smooth, higher grade ply so it's not chipping away immediately. Overall for the price, this is a really good plyo box to have
