The suppliers are very well versed in their knowledge and understanding.Update- I’m at awe with the effectiveness of this product, purchasing for a family member where it also improved her depression related to her ongoing breakouts; she has had perhaps one small breakout that only lasted maybe 2-3 days, with very little to no pain; if I had not reached out to the company, we may not be where we are today in terms of how and when to take this item properly. Don't know if they work I received the bottle shipping was fast but when I got the bottle the sealed was cracked open already so I'm a little skeptical on taking the medication because it was not sealed properly
