I didn’t know how much flange size is important. I was using regular size 25mm that comes with the Lansinoh breast pump and I was measured 19mm and recommended in the breastfeeding group by the breastfeeding specialist then I ordered this flange and using right size making more milk to come out.

I bought these after getting measured. They fit in my mom cozy easily and made pumping more enjoyable. I loved that there was 4 in the package. I love these!

Not sure why all pump companies expect people to have gigantic nipples, I have gigantic boobs but not even big enough for 24 and 27 flanges. These fit nice and give you the extra length needed that you don’t stretch and hit the back with some of the newer shorter flanges

I started to notice a decrease in my pump output while at work a few weeks back. I didn’t realize it was my flanges, but my nipples would always hurt after using my 21mm flanges from medela. So I decided to grab these and the first pump session I had yielded me an oz more than I could get with my original flanges!

Works with Lansinoh breast pump perfcetly. I loved my pump but flanges were to big. These changed the game.
