This book is like thr ones you use for elementary kids. It gives you step-by-step illustrations for making the Hebrew letters, and room to practice. You can continue practice with an elementary tablet.

This book is wonderful. One problem: The sample words don't use vowels, and yet the "Let's Play" section includes vowels. It'd be more helpful - and less confusing for young children - to have vowels throughout the book. I also noticed "Did you enjoyed this book?" Ahem...tapping my toe, my hands on my hips, giving you my teacher look...

This book was a relief for my daughter and me. Instead of learning the characters with fancy flourishes, which are difficult in themselves, we began recognizing and being able to print the alefbet much more quickly. We can add flourishes later. The animal characters are not much help, since they begin with a Hebrew word unfamiliar to us, but they’re cute!

Easy way to teach Hebrew to young kids.

My kid went through a few pages every day and finished the book. It’s well designed and easy to get through. Highly recommended.

I didn't realize when I purchased that this is a handwriting book for the printed aleph bet - which is a different aleph bet than the handwritten one. For practical application this book is useless to me for that reason.

Although this is a children's book I highly recommend it for anyone who wishes to begin learning Hebrew, but has no background in the language. Learning the alphabet thoroughly and correctly is the essential first step to learning any new language and this book provides the user with an easy way to do that. The practice exercises are excellent for enabling the beginner to write the letters of the Hebrew alphabet correctly in block print. The illustrations and the exercises at the back of the book make this learning exercise fun for children; however, it is a great learning tool for adults as well. Learning the basics is essential to progress, and this book provides an opportunity to learn those basics in a fun, non intimidating or overwhelming manner. It is a great addition to the learning library of any children or adult.

It’s cute and will fulfill its purpose. Makes learning the aleph bet fun. We love the cute pictures and that the prononciation is written in English. Makes it easier for kiddo to learn. However, I would have expected it to be “the Hebrew way”, like Hebrew books, and open on the other side to be read from right to left. I think that would have made this activity book even better. But otherwise, it’s great!
