Great flavor, slightly sweet and provides great color and bark. So far cooked baby back ribs, pork chop, shrimp and sausage. I recommend

Great pulled pork Rub!
Ive used this rub on spare ribs and pulled pork. The first time I put to much on the ribs and it made the bark on the ribs kinda mushy or powdery. The second time I used less and the texture was much better. I think I like it better on the pulled pork. I rubbed the butt with it and after the cook I pulled the pork in a pan and while still hot I tossed more of this rub in and a little left over juice from the butt and it was delicious. Every one loved it!

Smoky and sweet spicey.
This spice is fantastic in ribs, that’s what I used it on. The flavor profile is smoky and sweet spices. Lovely!

Great “less” Salty Rub
Great Rub..,Normally make my own pork rub. This one doesn’t over salt like many of the other rubs. You can always add salt if you like.

Il top per palati fini, ribs e pulled pork a gogo.. Difficile da trovare in Italia, ovviamente si fa pagare.. Ma dura parecchio se usato in determinate occasioni. È da competizione n9n di certo per il grill di tutti i giorni
