Fantastic, definitely buy!!
My nose piercing doesn't hurt anymore! I found out that my body is super sensitive to anything that isn't real gold. My nose piercing wasn't healing, it was sore a lot from low quality jewelry from stores. Since I've had this in I haven't felt any discomfort. It's light, great quality, easy to put in and adorable! It's really easy to bend so use light pressure. Other than that, great value for the price.

Not snug or dainty
This looked enormous on my face. I wish I looked at review photos. Inaccurate description to call it snug and dainty.

Thanks I hate it
This ring is not real gold, which isn't surprising for the price but whatever metal is underneath caused a pretty severe allergic reaction I'm still bouncing back from hours after removing it.I should have avoided the "twist" design altogether, preferring clickers, and sure enough both ends of the ring somehow got deeply imbedded in my piercing hole while I slept the night before. I woke up to a painfully, pussy, swollen nose. Just so we are clear, my nose has been pierced for 17 years. It took less than 12 hours for this awful ring to start an infection. After painfully pulling the ring apart and twist it back out I removed it, immediate relief, but my nose is still hot to the touch hours later, and I can't stop sneezing, completely flared up. If you're sensitive, spend up and take care of yourself. Avoid this one like the plague. Such a big regret on this one, I wish I had read the reviews first, they never lie.

This ring was super simple to put in, but it is HUGE. Definitely not 7mm. If you’re wanting something snug, I’d consider a different product.

not gold.
I do not believe that this is anything 14 K. I have had a gold genuine gold nose for years I put this one in and my nose got irritated and swollen thank you for your fake product and the discomfort you have caused me also for the false advertisement I hope Amazon takes you off because this is not gold anything

Larger than advertised
The product looked nice but it is listed as 18g and 8mm but it is larger than 8mm, it was closer to 10mm. Disappointing, wish I could get my money back.
