Good anti inflammatory product

I have been taking this product for 2 months and the pain in my wrists and ankles is completely gone and the knee which was very swollen is normal, the swelling is gone! Absolutely fantastic product, so happy I found it!

Product arrived when expected and is very easy to swallow, other than that I don't know because I'm not a doctor

Took these to stabilise joint pains. Unable to say that they worked as condition deteriorated. Can say that I'm still here so they didn't do me any harm.

Like most people with life-long (invisible) illnesses, I am constantly being told to try this…..and try that…… I do try them out and normally I’m hugely disappointed. I started on the boswellia and no word of a lie, two days later I moved quickly out of bed because the dog was agitated and obviously my first thought was “help him”. Once I had got to him (panic over - it was because he couldn’t reach one of his many many toys) I noticed I had moved without my chest feeling restricted and tight. I could breathe. I don’t have respiratory issues; I have muscle and other bio issues. But I can breathe freely. This was confirmed when I was Uber ill just after Christmas and was unable to take any medication/supplements and the pain in my intercostals and muscles around my chest came back with a vengeance. 3 weeks I was in pain. Once I could go back on my meds I was back on the boswellia and and again in 2 days I was breathing again without pain. Now - don’t take it from me. If you have an illness you will know people tell you things are “brilliant”, and when you take it, it really really isn’t. But I will say, try it. (To cover myself I will also say seek medical advice - I am not a doctor. I do not take responsibility or liability for your choices) But I gave it a go and it has really made a difference. It might for you too.

Love this product and I love the customer service of the company that sells it. They are a lovely little company and I highly recommend them.

Too early to say but the lack of fillers and bulking agents impressed me !! This is my absolute when looking for good supplements. I’ve taken for a week now and feels ok

I wouldn’t buy this product again because when I received it the sale by date was November 2025 and the product is supposed to last six months
