Great Product
First CD that I burnt failed but all others came out great!

Not like what was advertized
First off the so called directions to this item were not for this unit. The buttons on the front were so hard to press nothing could be accomplished. I read and read the directions doing everything possible since I really wanted this to work. I got one song transferred to a cd but the sound was not all that great. They also included a disc which I assume had to be played on a computer, even tho it had said no computer was necessary. This looser is going back

This product is everything it says it will do it’s a great piece of machinery

Easy to operate
For me, it works perfectly. I have made a lot of copies of homemade videos that I then share with friends and family. It's very easy to operate, source disk goes in the top bay, the blank DVD goes in the bottom bay.
