This easel came well packed and everything inside is as advertised. It was easy to assemble without even looking at the instructions (which were included). Despite all of the packing protection it did have a little flaw in one of the legs, as shown in the 4th image, which also had a dab of white paint on the bottom of the leg, but nothing that will affect how it functions or it's sturdiness. I love how it holds everything including paints I already had and the fact that it is so portable. Good Buy!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas who is an avid painter. She absolutely loves it and even posted a video of her unboxing and using it on YouTube it's beautiful and very sturdy also very portable.

I'm retired and wanted to start painting again. I always wanted a French easel, although this one says Italian, so I bought this for myself for my birthday. I started worrying after I ordered it because it was only half the price of others just like it, and it would only hold a 16x20 canvas.The box was packed well and the easel was well protected. When I finally got it out of the packaging I looked it over, then over again. I made sure it would hold a 20 by 30 canvas horizontally, or vertically if you don't have it clamped down.I set it up and took it down, made sure everything was working on it, then looked it over again. I could find no imperfections on it. I immediately took the plastic trays out of the drawer so I would have room for pencils, rulers, and other supplies. Under the drawer are two places to store paints, even four ounce liquitex tubes. It's perfect it's just what I wanted!

Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It can be a little wobbly, but it works well for her.

Bought as gift for my 9 year old niece. She was thrilled. Very easy to put together and was a great size.

My daughter asked for this for her 9th birthday. I was a bit apprehensive because it seemed expensive from what it looked like in the pictures. Man was I wrong. This thing is pretty cool. Seems to be built very well and feels durable. We immediately put it together and she got right to painting. Works well and would reccomend.

The easel is light weight and compact. The exact same easel is being sold for 3x the price. A little large for hiking, but just right for carrying to the park for some plein aire practice!The brushes & paint are absolute garbage, but you can tell that from the pictures. I just wanted the easel, and I'm perfectly satisfied with it!

I won’t say that it’s a bad product it was just not for me. It took a lot to open up and break down. In my opinion it’s just not convenient at all and when it’s opened up the legs stretch out wide and take up more floor space than I would like. I would definitely end up accidentally kicking one of the legs and that would definitely break it so i’m returning it.

Very adjustable, generally good quality, took a while to setup but was worth the time and money.
