Working great so far.
It was easy to install. It seems solid in the ground. I'm just no sure if I like the clasp.

Love this. Hoping they will make longer ones
Light weight, easy to install, my dog loves not getting tangled in it. I am able to just let her go and not worry about it breaking or coming out of the ground. She loves being able to explore the yard. I recommended it to my dad for his dog. It has this screw on the hook so it doesnt come off the harness easily. You can move the ground piece easily without leaving holes in yard. We move it as we have 7 acres and like for the dog to be with us but without worrying about hwr getting hurt or caught up on stuff. Great value...very versatile and good fit for our pitbulls.

It's staying in the ground, mostly.
I'm on the fence with this one. I did have to purchase a new tether after 2 days. My 65lb 3yo, pitt/ cane Corso jerked the one it came with and the clip and cable snapped. Upsetting. I nearly returned it but.... it was easy to install and it does rotate well. I'd have preferred to pay less for having to purchase another cable over this price for any part of it that breaks. This did not hold a 100lb pull, AT ALL. For the ground and instal, I have not tried to move it so I can't vouche for moveability. It hammered in fairly well for my ground. I do have Alabama clay in areas and it can be difficult but I think that plays into it not coming out on its own. Does it stay in, solidly, NOPE. I check it regularly, couple days to pushes the bolts back down. I check it after rains for certain. With all that, it's a give and take. I would not leave my dog out for long hours where she tries to jump, chase, or catch the squirrels and opposums. But for camping, travel, parks and to not be used for a strictly outside dog, it's good and works. For my dog who is a indoor dog and has a thing for chasing cats who get in her yard, I'm on guard. She's checked on and never left out overnight or long hours. With a little extra info, she has broken a few cables and runner clips from poor quality. So far this is holding up with the replacement cable I purchased separately. And it's getting cold out now so ill have to watch how that effects it. Bring your dogs in, they are much more loyal, loved.

Sturdy
My Pitbull has massive strength but this is sturdy! He doesn't stay tied all the time, but when he does, i can be assured that he isnt going anywhere. Its actually surprisingly heavy but great construction. I can't say how durable it is yet but will certainly update you all.

Buy it for the stake then get a GOOD lead.
The tie out seems promising and the only reason that I gave it 3 stars. The lead is pitifully poor quality. The vinyl is already cracking by the turn buckle and the stupid lead will probably rust and break soon. Worse yet the threaded lock us poor quality and jams easily thereby making it difficult to open the turnbuckle.

Better than the Screw types by 10x atleast
Ok so at first I thought that no way could this thing hold an energetic dog like mine, especially when a squirrel came along… I was wrong… even in the saturated muddy ground from weeks of rain where I live piled on the snow melt… I put this thing in not even closed to ideal soil. I could push all the screws and the base down and into the ground with my hand it was so wet and muddy…. To my surprise… three weeks so far in this mud and it has not given out. If you are sick of the crew types that bend and break and pull out so damn easy, give this sucker a try. So far no complaints.

Strong hold
I have two dogs one is a 70 pound basset hound and the other is a 50 pound to 60 pound shepherd lab mix. My parents don’t have a fenced in yard so I am using it while the dogs go outside so they have a little bit of freedom to run around and I don’t have to be right there with the leash. I set up both of them on this unit and I was really impressed with how well it hold with them playing and running and trying to chase things. It stayed in the ground. Unlike the twist down ones that my dogs by themselves could just rip it straight out of the ground, I was very happy with that. I did have to give it only four stars because after about a month, my basset hound was able to break his cord. The coding on the cord was broke off, and then I guess wire rubbing on wired it finally snapped. But I was impressed with the fact that I had both of them on the same unit and they did not get tangled up around each other. I would buy again.

Nice and strong for my 2 German Shepherds

I really like how the wire does not tangle as it is flush basically with the ground. The only issue I came up with are the beaners provided. The dog unclipped himself from the ground and from his neck. They should provide a solid D ring for the ground and a good brass standard clip for the neck. Otherwise the the ground concept is great. I use it for a 70lb puppy Bernadoodle. He is not hard on the cable as he knows it is there
