I’m sharing this because I had read someone else’s review of this product and it saved me big time. We purchased a bed frame through Wayfair and their wooden slats were flimsy and susceptible to breaking by something as simple as getting into bed at the end of the night. I read so many different reviews of products and decided upon this one. I took the advice of another Amazon reviewer and purchased this heavy duty Velcro (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000WFRMBI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) to help secure the metal into place along my frame. It was enough to stabilize my bed, and it no longer has a dip in the middle and we are able to sleep soundly again.I only ended up using one of the metal pieces to stabilize the area of my bed that had broke. I will hang onto the other pieces in the future in case they are needed. The assembly was easy and comes with several pieces to fit a higher bed frame if needed. Our bed is a lower rise and we didn’t need it.See pictures!

Did not see anywhere that this was not intended for metal Rails but because of the spacing compression bar it doesn't fit all metal frames due to the holes being different in the steel rails. It's intended to be screwed into non-existing holes in the wood. Doesn't mean it didnt work but I had to modify it by removing the 3rd compression cross beam as it wouldn't fit in the predrilled holes. That's fine because of put cross piece towards the foot of the bed as there is less weight on that end. Feels very secure even with just the one cross bar.

At first some of the negative reviews had me worried, but this works perfectly for what we needed. Original frame had a flimsy wooden support that kept shifting. I swapped the wooden supports with this product and putting it together was pretty simple.

THIS IS FOR A WOODEN FRAME... the add dosen't say that but when you open it up and read the instructions it's for a wooden frame but I was able to set it up and used some metal self tapers to use on my frame, it definitely is sturdy and heavy duty and once in place and adjusted it's solid.

Worth every penny !

I’m not sure how there are so many positive reviews. The directions are so hard to follow. There is also zero support. I have a memory foam mattress and I literally was sinking in between the 3 slates when sitting or laying on the bed. I had to go to lowes and get some wooden slates made and it’s sturdier now.

I was very happy with this product, it worked perfectly without any issues and was exactly as described. Sturdy and easy worked for my King size Bed!

Easy to assemble but the metal has sharp edges. I cut my finger pulling the items out of the box.
