I bought this insert to replace an old clock face in a decorative wooden frame that I found at a thrift store. The size worked well for what I needed. The gold bezel makes it look more elegant than I expected. The clock's face is easy to read and the quartz movement seems reliable so far. The only minor downside was that the battery wasn't included, but that was easy enough to sort out.

My old clock died, and the entire center had to be replaced. I was surprised to find that I could actually replace it! This was a perfect fit and is beautiful besides. It's also been keeping good time for the last couple of months.

I'm so happy this little clock works. The one that came with this lamp only worked for about 6 minutes. And not all at once. It took a little mushin to get it in, but it comes with a rubber around it to "set" it in place. The clock is so far so good on time accuracy. It is the perfect size for what I needed. It looks a lot more expensive than it was. It looks like steel, but is mostly plastic. Which is fine because it looks very industrial in the clock setting.

I bought it to replace a table clock I received as an honor from a professional organization I served for most of my professional life and career. There plenty of clocks and watches and other time pieces around but this one is special. It is not expensive yet I hesitated because of all the negative reviews about its inaccuracy. Well, I just cannot stand looking at a clock that does tell time accurately but only two moments a day. This clock insert was accurate enough so far for the 50 days I have it. It was a little smaller and a piece of duct tape made it a perfect fit. Don't know how long it will stay accurate or last, just like I don't know how much longer I will live. But it is good to know while I may not be replaceable to some, the clock can be replaced at a reasonable price.

These clocks are meant for three inch hole but they're actually too small for that. they give you a ridiculous barbed rubber band that goes around the outside but that makes them too large to fit into the hole. I had to take that rubber band off and take up the slack using felt pads I got at the hardware store. They need to do better. I'ma woodworker and investor so I was able to come up with a solution pretty quickly but this pre;em word be areal disappointment to someone who wanted to make these on the kitchen table acs craft item. they should have are moveable bezel with a screw mount under it that's covered when the you put the bezel and brass ring back on. the plastic they're made of is really cheap too. The battery compartment is soy tight it almost breaks when you have to jam the battery into them.

This clock replaced a retirement gift clock I received 15 years ago. We inserted it into the cutout space and the diameter was spot on, the thickness wasn’t a perfect fit, but close enough! Yes, I would purchase again too.

Needed to replace an antique clock. Opening was slightly larger than the clock but was able to use fans of hot glue. Be aware - it does “tick tick” - it’s not silent.
