My husband was soooo frustrated with his coffee getting cold during lunch - multiple microwave heat ups. These glass mugs are amazing. It keeps his coffee hot during the whole meal and no hot handle. Wonderful product - highly recommend!

This mug is simple and elegant with a decent capacity for a tea/coffee mug.However, when I was washing it, I carelessly tapped the bottom of the mug on the edge of the sink, and the outer shell of the mug shattered.It's a wonderful mug, just be careful with it.

I use this mug every single day, all day. It’s comfortable and balanced to hold, LARGE, and even plain hot water looks beautiful in it. I wasn’t looking for double-wall insulation but I’ve found it’s essential for a mug this size. I’ve found that this is a key piece of my wellness routine and I drink more water throughout the day since getting it. I would (and have) buy it again immediately if it broke. It is delicate; treat with care!! Hand wash for sure, and don’t drop a spoon or anything into it.

Beautiful idea but it’s not solid glass it’s hollow, so very fragile. I’ve had other glasses for wine with the same design but they were solid. It also had an bubble from creating, leaving a weak spot like a bruise. I returned these before braking and taking a picture, sorry. Hey, it would be great for an Instagram photo, just not daily use.

This is a super cute mug. I will be honest that it is a tiny bit smaller than I was thinking it would be, but that is my fault. It's a really nice size, I just buy crazy big mugs. It's light weight. I don't know how it will hold up long term, I just got and used it two or three times so far. It seems like it has to be hand washed. Kept my drinks hot longer than they usually stay hot. I honestly bought it because I loved the look of it. Not sure it's worth the money, but I do really like it. I do think it would break extremely easily if bumped. Over all I like it!

I love a how large this mug is while still having a minimalist, clean look. It’s the perfect size to hold in two hands as you sip slowly.

it's a very nice looking mug, and just the right size for me. I use this at work for tea. it's not especially good at insulating, but I wasn't expecting it to be. the double wall mostly just adds visual appeal. so far it's been very sturdy and I haven't had any issues with quality. it does attract fingerprints/lip prints easily but it's also easy to clean so that's not a problem for me.

Was looking for a large double wall insulated glass coffee mug with larger capacity than the usual 14 and 16 oz units you can find anywhere....I thought I'd found it. I was wrong.Received the mug in the mail, and it had a couple of blemishes in the outer glass. It looked like something was stuck to it, but I found that no, it was actual little divots in the glass. Knowing these things are obscenely fragile to begin with, I returned it out of an abundance of caution. The replacement Amazon sent had no such defect in the glass. Score one for the replacement. Minus one for their manufacturing outgoing quality control.The mug looked nice and solid....double wall glass still seems a little fragile, and I'm loathe to accidentally hit it with anything while cleaning it, but so far, so good. I filled it with hot coffee and drank that down. No issues with holding it, cooling off too fast or any of that...no, the issue comes with their measuring.This is sold as a "19 oz mug". Yeah, no.I filled it to full at a drinking capacity... maybe ½" below the rim. Poured that then into a measuring cup, and it was 16oz. Filling the mug completely to the brim and to the point of overflowing was 17oz.... Unless you can compress water (good luck), you're not going to get 19oz into this mug. Period.I'm going to assume they measured the starting size of the mug...what ends up being the OUTER wall...and then added the inner wall during the glass blowing process. The outside glass might be 19oz, but the actually drinking capacity of this mug, at a normal fill height, is 16oz...I didn't return this mug since I needed a larger capacity coffee mug, but as a review and rating, it's simply at best 3 stars...for form and use...but loses 2 for lying about capacity. If you're shopping for capacity, understand this is 16oz....total.

Contrary to some reviews this mug does hold 19ozs (right up to the brim) as described. I bought to use with my Tassimo, fits perfectly and keeps the drinks hotter for a long time. Not sure about using in the dishwasher as it is quite thin so will hand wash. All in all it is a good buy. Regrettably since this post I did try it in the dishwasher and it came out broken so I would reverse my decision of 5 stars down to 3. Could not return as it was a pile of broken glass. If anyone from this company is reading this pls send another free of charge as it states it IS dishwasher proof ( false advertising!!!)

I ordered this after I broke one of my Zwilling Sorrento double-walled "cappucino" mugs. I don't know what happened with the pricing of the Zwilling, but they are super expensive now so I found this BothEarn mug at a more reasonable price (around $16). So I like the price. And the mug is huge and a nice shape. I loved my Zwilling and put it in the dishwasher all the time (though the last time after years was maybe what cracked one but I still have the other). So no complaints about the look or anything. But I do think that the Zwilling held the heat much longer for hot drinks than this BothEarn. Did not do any fair tests or anything, but I've just noticed that it doesn't take long for hot drinks to cool in the new mug. It's still a great mug. Drinks look good in it. I use it for a lot of ice plus a can of pop too. And so far, I've only put it in the dishwasher once, and hand-washed it the other times. Took off a star for the heat retention but it's really more like a 4.5 out of 5.

I've had many glass cups. Some are very easily broken but this one is lightweight and has things in the right proportions so that it doesn't break easily. I love that it has a "double-wall" so it's possible to hold the glass directly without being scalded by the hot drink. I got this as a replacement for extra large sports direct cup which has deteriorated over time and I thought to go with a more healthy, environmentally friendly and longer-lasting option in glass. Recommended!
