Working fine, but I had to make shift some rubber spacers on the corners of my 2.5" samsung ssd. Without them the drive would simply flop around freely putting unnecessary strain on the sata connection. As for one reviewer stated it had a scratch on it, I thought mine had a scratch on the window, but in reality it was just the plastic film that comes on most electronics. After peeling it off, boom scratch gone.

This is a nice little hard drive case. I like the tool-less design so it’s easy to open and install a drive. I have not tested transfer speeds but have not been disappointed writing or reading from a hard drive in it.The window is thin and will flex but I don’t think it’ll be an issue. My only complaint is there needs to be padding in the case to keep the drive from rattling. There is a lot of play which shows the drive to move up and down in the enclosure. I folded some double sided tape to keeping mine from moving.

The base is solid the plastic top isn’t. The drives you put inside kinda move around . I needed to put a thicker thermal pad in it to get the nvme to not move around . The small plastic clip that holds nvme to board is cheap and doesn’t hold card down well. They did include a few extra in mine and you will defiantly need them. If it had a screw it would be better in my opinion. I’m not sure if it was my unit but works great with my Samsung drives but both of my crutial drives both had data issues where I had to put them in a different enclosure to reformat drive to use card again. Again I’m not sure if it was my unit but my Samsung drives work fine with it. I wouldn’t use crutial drives at all. Speed is as expected .

It’s great but not the best quality cheap plastic. The clear top isn’t as clear it’s cheap clear plastic.
