Training my kids in boxing and it is great. I Just wish I had a better floor anchor so it can work properly. Very easy to set up and all the proper hardware, it was up and being used in 30 mins. My next purchse will be a better floor anchor. Great product.

I've trained in martial arts for 55 years and have been boxing for 5. Of all my equipment including my heavy bag, speed bag, wing chun dummy, and wall bags, this is my favorite trainer. The bottom bag to represent the body is genius. The movement of the bag is different from a single ball. It's more unpredictable It is built like it will last a long time. I hope it does, because I'm going to use it a lot.It arrived on time and was packaged and delivered with care. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the product.

Originally didn't get the product besides bungee cords. Contacted seller, it was reviewed, they shipped the full kit next day and I received it. 4 ☆ overall belowFirst off. Customer service work and efficiency was great. The issue I had was solved almost immediately.BAG: Bag feels like a soft leather, has good bounce and recoil for each hit. Harder you hit, faster you need to dodge. Tighter the adjustable cords, same concept. Bag isn't huge so accuracy and reflexes build but also not small enough to where it's a higher skill lvl. I'd say intermediate. It's efficient and balanced in that aspect for anyone.CORDS: Stiff but fine. Wish the plastic slip catch for the cords had more grip because when you get going, you notice the bag fall from the original position. Cords are effective work wise. A simple fix to the slippage: find your bag height, take the excess cordage and tie it and it won't fall.HOOKS: They're metal holding a light bag. Not much to hold here. Works fine in wood+. Only issue would be if someone tries to use them in dry wall which common sense should tell you... that won't work.HAND WRAPS: Not gonna lie, they're not your Everlast or Spaulding thick wide style hand wraps. Doesn't matter to much though. This is a double end bag, not a heavy bag. The hand wraps work just fine. If you tend to miss a lot or just getting used to it... you can lessen the tension on the cords until you get faster and more accurate because that gives you a little more time before the bag fights back lol. Personally I use velcro workout gloves over hand wraps for these bags anyways.AIR PUMP: It's just a standard little manual hand pump but it does work. Noticed a lot of reviews saying it doesn't work so idk, mine worked fine. Took about 2 minutes to pump the bag up from flat to full.Overall, $40 after tax and shipping to my door...I can't argue. It's worth the price. Yes I box. Yes I've done work on better bags. Yes I've had better set ups. Yes I've done this for years. Fact is... this is a quick home setup and probably wouldn't hold up in a public gym for very long with constant use from multiple people. IMO this is worth having for a quick home setup though. I'm sure if someone goes hail Mary on it like you can a heavy/body bag then eventually something will break because that's not what these are made for lol.

The oval shape double end bag was an ideal size for me (beginner); setup was easy and I already had a bicycle pump so did not need the included handpump. Lots of fun once you find your rhythm and great for a light workout. Improvements could be to reposition the laces and pump insert to an area away from the target punch area to avoid hurting your hands and also a tighter locking mechanism because the bag height does drop once you start using medium force, but overall a great buy at this price point.

I love this for my son! It was very easy to put together. He has it in his room. I attached one bolt to the ceiling and one to the floor. It works great..

Horrible, broke in the first day. The clip springs broke while setting it up. It’s cheap plastic for the equipment clips; not sure why they used this plastic for this type of product. The top and bottom ropes are way too short. Don’t buy this!

Overall the set is nice and durable it is used daily. It was a great buy. Rated 3 stars because the bag was to hard to inflate with the hand pump that was given ended up using an electric one. The ceiling hooks that it comes with will not work in the ceiling if you can't find the studs so I had to buy a toggle bolt which works fine.

The media could not be loaded. The setup is simple. Comes with everything you need to get started. The bungees also hold up pretty well. Excellent product
