Great item - not fun to assemble
I tried out this model that a friend has and really liked it - it allows me to walk upright - not stooped over as so many walkers seem to encourage. It's comfortable and moves easily around - inside at any rate. However (you knew there'd be a "however") it came without an instruction manual. So after much trial and error (and a few repetitious insertions), we finally got it together. Now that it's together it's fine - but again, the locking pin that had to be removed to assemble the piece is out - and we cannot get it back in. I've notified the company. If and when they respond (and definitely if they don't) I'll post more on here.Add on: I emailed the company and was told to call them and got an immediate and enlightening response: the locking pin will only go in if the the walker is folded up and the instruction manual, which tells you this, is in the pocket inside the seat lid that raises up to reveal a small container to carry things in. Clearly a win-win which has led me to up my rating.

no instruction needed. everything fits according to a plan
as long as you place right with R and left with L each of which has a little sticker the rest will pop in easy peasy no tools needed. Maybe not easy peasy for everyone. I did struggle to get some parts to go in but I can assure you that was not an issue with the chair. strictly an issue with me.I only have two complaints. I ordered purple yet got blue and oddly the order has been changed to show blue. I would not have ordered blue. I do not like blue and I love purple. unfortunately I can not return because I waited 9 months to even open the box it shipped in. thats on me.the other issue is there does not seem to be a foot break. yes there are handle but there is no foot break to keep it from rolling off when you sit down. this is an issue of stability that I feel could be dangerous. that being said because this thing is dark, the other reason I wanted purple, its possible I do not see it. so I will put out a question and if anyone says different and I can find a foot break to keep it from rolling Ill come back and remove this part of my comment. Ill leave it at 5 stars overall for now. but if it can not be proven that there is a way to keep it from rolling off I will also come back and remove 2 stars.

Not for tall person
Very sturdy walker, wide seat but not good for a tall 6’4” person. Causes them to stoop over.

I am impressed.
This was easy to put together and quick to adjust. Take the time to try a couple of height settings to get it right also the brakes as when they are set to your liking it really makes the thing so much easier to use. The seat is plenty comfortable for short rests or stopping to eat lunch etc. It is well built for the price and the only downside I can see is some reviewers has the under seat bar break after a couple years and if I can get two years out of it at this price point I would just buy another. It seems to have all the good points of other walkers with none of the bad. The under seat storage comes in quite handy but you may want to add a cup holder and a cane holder if you also carry a cane with you both can be ordered on Amazon or other places.

Petite Bariatric Nova Walker
This seems to be very sturdy walker. I love the petite size because the seat is lower, but still has the width. I do wish the handles adjusted one more notch up to make them a little higher. Other than that it's great. Easy to put together. If you taller than 5'4" I'd recommend the standard height walker.

Don’t hesitate to purchase
My mother is a diminutative 4 ft. 10.5 inches tall and the standard rollator is not convenient (starting with the seat being so high that her feet dangle and fall asleep while seated). After a spill from her too tall rollator, NOVA came to the rescue! While at first she did not care for the width of the product, she now loves it because her purse can comfortably sit next to her. I was impressed with how easy it was to build and secondly, how sturdy it is even though it’s easy to build.Great product but that is not a surprise considering it’s a NOVA product.

Cute and great newer tech ideas, but possibly not well made
I have bought other rollators through Amazon before, this is the first one I've ever had issues with. I am 5'4 so I thought the petite size would work best for me...unfortunately, it was too short for my comfort. I love purple, the idea of being able to lock it was a plus, and the fact that you can move the handles PLUS the legs up or down was awesome. It was 5 lbs lighter than my other rollator and that was going to make it easier on me to lift in and out of my car. Unfortunately, the width between the handlebars was too small for me. I am close to the weight limit and other rollators with the same width dimensions have worked perfect for me. I decided to give it another try and exchanged for the standard size. Unfortunately, they sent the petite again. Off to send back again, but did it my way and didn't do an exchange, ordered the standard myself. So excited to finally receive the right package, got it all opened up and the seat bracket to hold the seat on was broken!! Now I don't know if this was a manufacturing issue or what (there did look to be a piece broken off right in the plastic bag so maybe it just had a shipping problem) but this one just got sent back today and I'm not getting another. Maybe this review isn't fair to the brand, but I do know other brands have worked better from Amazon. The reason I was even getting this was because an airline lost the screw to keep my handlebars up. This Nova rollator doesn't have the screw, it just clicks in and you can move up or down for the height. I got a replacement screw at the hardware store for my old rollator and will keep using it instead. I really wanted this to work, and it may for you, but wanted to give you my information and you decide what's best for you. If you're 5'4 or taller, definitely get the standard one. Look at all the measurements, see what you think you would be comfortable with, if you're close to that handlebar width measurement, I suggest going with another one. Amazon is great in allowing exchanges and refunds/replacements, but being disabled to begin with it's hard to get out and keep doing that...if you have help then by all means, try it!
