These are a great product but after a while they do start to lose their shape which is expected after several rounds n the washer and dryer. Overall I do really like them though. I do wish the outside lining was sewed along the edges so they last longer.

I really wanted extra support in some of my swimwear. These will give you more cleavage (if you want it) but aren't a natural shape. I felt like I was wearing a pointy padded bra, and they aren't large enough to fill my DD+ suits, so they pointed part is either too low (if you put the padded part under your breast) or too wide (if you place the pad on the outer edge). I didn't end up using them. If you need volume and lift these may help, especially in an underwire type suit, but if you have large, full breasts or a flimsy top, these probably aren't worth the money. I'm a 36DDD.

I wear a 36DD currently and finally I found pads that fit my entire breast! I have 3 pairs of these - one set a sewed into a one piece bathing suit that had no padding or liner at all. I wouldn't say my alteration added support neccesarily but it adds exactly what I need - shape and coverage.The other two pair I have, one black and one nude, I just slip into those comfy bare bras, sports bras, dresses, or tanks that just don't give and shape or nipple coverage. They work great!

I bought these to replace the padding that came in some of my bathing suit tops. These fit perfectly! The covered well and blended in with the top! Wash well too!

I used this item with a Sports bra I've been wearing expecting it to fit to my boobs and push them up a bit. All they did was make my boobs look coned shaped, and stick out further than my boobs. Cups won't even stay on my boobs, when trying to adjust them. Did come with tape, but you shouldn't have to use it when your putting them into a sports bra.

I'm a 36H, one size is almost two sizes smaller because I had a lump removed on the already smaller size. This evened me out nicely; I would size it is at least 1 size difference and almost 2 which is close enough for someone who has been quite lopsided. I highly recommend this, it's enough to sew into two bras or to leave loose and put in whatever you want. What an amazing fit, I can't thank the inventor enough. I don't think I'd even bother with surgery now.

I mean if you just want some really expensive bra pads that make your boobs look misshapen then I guess they would work for you.

I am in between a 36DD to 36DDD, 5’2, 138lbs. Trying to find a fun tankini with enough support has been impossible until I found these inserts. They are perfect! They’re very large. Had to roll up on order to fit into the swimsuit top. They take up every bit of room in the ‘shelf’ area of tankini. Went swimming in a lake and didn’t have to worry a bit about sagging or nipples poking out. Best purchase ever. Returning a very expensive miracle suit that I bought in desperation at the same time I bought these inserts.
