It’s a very good device and suitable for the people who work on PC or lab everyday. Most importantly, remember to wet your neck and have some aloe gel to the massager heads, and then put the massager on your neck. You can feel the heat and the pulse when it’s working and also can adjust the strength you want. For me, after using it, my neck doesn’t fell pain or stiff. It’s comfortable, and easy to use. I recommend this product.

Not working,waste of money

been looking for one of these devices for a while and did not want to chance wasting money but took a chance and im happy with this product. the pads adjust and move alot so it presses directly to the skin and can be used on couch or while in bed on side or on back etc. remote works and heat is ok but mainly use it for the tens to get the muscles moving and stimulated. i have a thin long neck and it works great for me and is so much easier to just put it on as quik as a hat and few button presses and your good to go. i have a wired tens machine and the cables are irritating and takes much longer to set up. im going to try a conductive gel like aloe vera or something else as i do have to keep wetting my neck if i want to use it for a long time so a gel will do the trick. no charging brick with it but cable works fine with my phone charger brick. i dont go past level 7 as thats enough for muslces to contract/move and has up to level 18. had different modes so the pulses change and can be helpful.

The voice is really loud and right next to your ear. I managed to solve this by covering the speaker with a bit of cotton wool and a few layers of electrical tape (see photo).You can still hear it but it is alot quieter, there really needs to be a volume or an option to turn it off.Instructions don't tell you what the different modes do and I personally need it on level 5 to feel anything.Despite the problems it is a nice machine but I would of returned it for the voice alone if I hadn't found a workaround.I use a cheap conductive gel on the electrodes for comfort as water just evaporates.

I bought this massager after a friend recommended it to me. I get really bad neck and shoulder pain when I'm stressed. I use the back massager when I have pain and it gets rid of the muscle knots in my neck and shoulder, relieving the headaches.Very good massager which can help relax and stretch tension on muscles. What's more can massage for arms, waist, abdomen,legs and feet. That really comfortable!This massager so easy to use,one button start,there have 4 button.The elderly will also be easy to use. I plan to buy another one for my parents.Definitely recommend.

I've had this little tens massage device for about a year now and it's a godsend on my 'slept like I was in a car crash' days. Definitely remember to wet your neck/he pads as otherwise it does sort of zap you. I'm lucky enough to work from home most of the time and it's so helpful being able to stick it on heat, mode 3, strength 13 and crack on with my day. between it, lots of water, and a bit of ibprofin I can survive a migraine day. love it

Bought for myself and gifts but was like having 6 golf balls pushing into u very uncomfortable heat was great not bad on nect but u were sitting up right or lie down not comfortable on lower back u to sit up or no leaning back it hurts more that fix I just felt was way more hassle I was in pain in my neck after I used it so went back all 3 next morning 🙈😪
