My toilet stopped button would not trigger a flush 2 years after it was fitted. Took me a while to establish it was the button at fault and not the cistern. With some help from you tube, google and amazon discovered that this is a common problem and inside the button is a bellows, and these often split. I prized apart my button to discover the split, and ordered these replacement bellows from Amazon - one for now, and one for next time. They arrived next day and it took me less than 5 minutes to fit! Of course it took me the whole of the previous day to establish the issue ....but writing this hopefully will save others some time and maybe plumbers costs - £150 for plumber callout and perhaps a second callout for them to bring the part/or new button! Not yet used these in anger, I bought these to fit into a toilet flush push button instead of having to replace the whole button at a cost of over £30. The problem is it is always the bellows in the push button that split and cause the problem. I have checked these bellows fir and they do, the rubber feels of a better quality than the original bellows in the push button unit. Time will tell how long these last and how good they are.

Concealed toilet flush stopped working and I was dreading a plumber having to rip out half my bathroom to replace the whole flush. Watched a YouTube video that showed me how to remove the panel and the button, test the flush and white bellows in the tank which were fine and then dismantle the button. Sure enough this black part had a rip in it so air wasn’t getting down the pipe. Ordered this and within 24 hours I have a fully working flush again.

Exactly what I needed, easy to fit, & I've got a spare for next time!!

It was an exact replacement and so far functions perfectly. Popped the old one out and popped the new one in.

We were unable to get this part locally. According to our plumber, we had to pay double the price via Amazon! As we needed it quickly, we bought it. Delivery the next day. Now fitted, so all back to normal. Check locally first!
