Cuisinart SS-10CRM Premium Single-Serve Coffeemake, Cream

I liked that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The water reservoir is on the side and not in the back. The tea is always perfect - it never has a hint of a coffee taste. It looks great on my kitchen counter.

I love this single serve coffee machine. I actually had another one I brought during the beginning of the pandemic which recently broke (my fault, I would operate the buttons with wet hands and I guess the water shorted out the buttons) and I brought the exact same model because I found it made the perfect cup of coffee for me. The only suggestion I would make is if you’re filling the K cup they provide, fill it about 65% of the way to make a cup of coffee. The water needs space in the cup to flow freely.

We like are coffee strong, hot and favored. Using the pod provided we add our own ground coffee it's perfect and quick everytime. Plus it takes up little space on our counter and is attractive

I've only had this a couple months but it is everything I wanted. Easy to use. I had three keurigs that quit working shortly after purchase, so I decided to try this brand and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered this machine for 2 reasons, the color and the water button to use for tea. The color is great but the water button is awful because grinds back up into funnel delivering the water. I use the rinse button several times, but it does not get rid of all of the grounds and makes it unusable for tea if anything. In addition, the kcups provided lets coffee grounds through and I can only use preground sealed kcups and I want to be able to grind and use my own coffee. I reached out to Cuisinart to get an explanation as to why this is happening and I did not get any answers. I returned the first one I received because the water reservoir was broken and cannot return the second one. A waste of my money. I ordered a Keurig. Avoid this product!

I was looking for something that had the features I wanted and still looked nice on the counter. I've had numerous Keurigs in the past and switched to Cuisinart for my last coffeemaker purchase. It was a dual single serve and full pot model and worked fine until recently. So far, I've used this one twice after the initial set up.PROS:1. Color and style - Thank you Cuisinart for something other than black! This one is pretty and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in my off white kitchen. The blue light is pleasing. the water tank is easily accessed and filled.2. It makes hot coffee. I am accustomed to heating my coffee in the microwave after brewing, but this machine made it pleasantly hot and enjoyable without heating. I did use the XHOT function.3. Brew strength was good. I didn't find a strong or bold feature, but I typically use a bolder coffee on the 10 oz. setting and a lesser bold type on the 8 oz, size and both were good.4. Easy set up. Instructions were straightforward and simple.CONS:1. The item I received had water droplets in the water tank. I called Cuisinart and there was no real definitive explanation except maybe it was tested. I don't see any indication of it being refurbished. I just thought this was odd.2. If you do unplug the coffee maker (I did this looking for the serial number which is on the bottom), you need to reset the time. My old Cuisinart retained the time. No big deal.3. Water Filter: When someone buys a white or off-white appliance, it is likely they care about color. The water filter holder is black and really noticeable. In my opinion, it detracts from the beauty of the appliance, so I elected not to use it. The cord and the on/off switch are also black.

I received the coffee maker yesterday. Waited all night for it to warm up, we were having really cold weather. I’ve never had a Cuisinart single serve coffee maker before, I’ve ha 3 Kurigs and they all just stopped working after a year or two. So my first experience with this one I had high expectations. My husband made me use distilled water because we have such bad water, what a mistake. Don’t ever do that I went through 7 cups including rinsing the pot. I ended up with just bottled water and had the best cup yet this morning. I will say I haven’t got the minutes on the clock set yet but it’s not an issue I’ll get it done. The rest is simple to fellow and having hot and x-hot is a bonus. We are moving to a house that doesn’t have instant hot so this maker will be doing double duty. Coffee and tea all day. I have a Cuisinart 12 cups maker that still works and it is now 35 years old. Great products, from their knives to the appliances. I plan on enjoying is for many years

I like that it matches my off white cream colored cabinets. Owned the previous model for many years and this was given a very high rating by consumer reports so figured I would get another one. Not disappointed so far. It's a good product
